This office is only out for money no customer service at all! I had my front teeth removed September 2021. I can back in March for impressions for my final dentures. I now live in Iowa so it was a 3 hour drive, I had to stay in a hotel. They made my impression came back in April the fit was right but the color was wrong so had to come back again. So another hotel stay and more gas money. Came back for final dentures in May, they ***** fit right told the assistant I couldnt talk in them she said I just have to get use to them. The dr ***** even come in and checked at all. The assistant told me to sign the 100 day warranty and I can come back if I have any problems. I got back home to Iowa and had sores in my mouth the next day. I called the office and they told me to come in and they can adjust the dentures. I told them its a 3 hour drive to come in and theres a affordable dentures 20 minutes from my house can I go there. I was told since I signed the warranty it only covers the office in ************ asked for a refund and was told the doctor wont agree to that. They will only accommodate me in the ******** office, I would have to start all over in the **** office. This makes no sense they are a corporation throughout the **** My circumstances are different since I no longer live in ******** and was told there is nothing they can do. So Im out $3000 and cant wear the dentures they made and now have to start all over again! This is not right!!Review from Karen K

The Orland Park IL. office is terrible! I was set up for the Ultimate Fit Dentures both upper and lower just 10/20/21 for $2,598 and had the impressions that day by someone named ******. She seemed nervous in general and the lab asked her to retake one of the impressions that day but it seemed Ok then. The dentist was a bit surprising because he was not very friendly at all. He speaks fast with an accent and rambled off something which I did understand especially since I have had dentures made before elsewhere but as I bit down into something for his impression, he in an upset tone just shouted "No, you did not do it right." He then said that he had another what was spongelike material so the next time it was done fine apparently. He was in and out very quick and ****** had only said something about the material warranty with the dentures but nothing about the satisfaction guarantee that they have detailed on their website. I never was able to find out anything about it because as my next appointment for the approval prior to getting them was 11/3/21, I went to this apt. and it was quick in that as my lips could not even close over the material I guess that it was supposed to be noted if something was right. The color of what they gave me was cheap looking both the teeth color and other material even though this was just a mold but I was not sure what to expect in that it was not clear what I was approving exactly. The dentist came in quickly and looked while saying in 10 seconds that they were fine. The assistant this day set the next appointment then for 11/10/21 in which I was told that I would be getting my dentures.I then receive a message from someone named ***** 11/8/21 who said it was an urgent message and that my dentures are not going to be ready 11/10/21. She stated that I need to call the office to reschedule the appointment for when they would be ready. I called and spoke to ***** who said that Fri 11/12/21 would be when my dentures would be ready.I set the apt. with her for 1pm 11/12/21. I then get a voice message from ****** 2 days later 11/10/21 verbalizing that she knows that I was to be getting my dentures 11/12/21 but they are not going to be ready because a whole new impression needs to be made because as she stated "the lab needs more information." This seemed odd in that it was not clear what the issue was since there was already an approval etc. but in trying to ask what had happened, it was not possible to get an answer. ****** left another message only saying that more information was needed with another impression. A request for ****** to call back after returning her call was unsuccessful and it was not possible to speak to anyone there that day 11/10/21 due to the phones always going to voicemail. Then it gets worse which was not expected because both myself and one of my family members went to this appointment for the new impression to be made knowing already that I will be having to wait another week for them to be made now., and upon entering, ****** is typically pleasant but this time it was shocking when ****** was the one bringing me back to the room, she seemed agitated. She had an odor of alcohol on her that I smelled when she was pulling me up from my wheelchair and pushing me onto the dentist chair for the impression. As my daughter simply was putting my wheelchair out of the way in the hallway, ****** in a very upset manner said to her "you do know why you are here right?" My daughter said yes but did express that it was not entire clear though only as far as what happened with the set of impressions. She just was being honest that "more information" really did not mean anything as it had never been heard of elsewhere. As my family member was then just sitting in the chair in the room ****** further was exhibiting inappropriate behavior as when it was asked if she could just find out from the lab what had happened for the making of a new impression needed, ****** said "I do not have time for these games." ****** was behaving strangely and it did not seem she was even capable of impressions. It really does seem that this location is not operating in a professional manner. It was said by ****** that they do not have an office manager at all and there was no information when requested provided about a patient relations/corporate location phone number. There has not been anyone to have an appropriate conversation with about what transpired and the reason for it as well as any questions answered. Only a refund but the time and travel wasted for three appointments for nothing is ridiculous. As well as the behavior of the persons mentioned is highly unprofessional.Review from Lb K

The office is nice and clean and the staff is cordial. One would think that a patient is in the best of hands. Not! As I look back, if I had no teeth, I would have had a better experience. However, I was dealing with missing teeth. I went in hoping that I had found an answer to a lifelong dental problem. Everything was good to go initially and then the nightmare started. What I found out later was that the initial provider, Dr. ** would not communicate with his patients professionally or could not. He did so through his assistants. He did the initial work( implants) and then pawned me off to an assistant, who was actually a better Dr. and tried to do a better job. The process seemed to last forever. At the end of this journey , I not only paid an expensive price for poorly constructed dentures. They are mediocre, ill-fitting and none functioning. The time-line should have been 3-6months but ended up lasting three years. I learned that Dr. ** asked a corporate representative to intervene and end his service with me because he could not make me a properly fitting, product. The corporate representative promised that new dentures would be made when the practice changed hands. That proved to be a lie because I have called to explain my plight but my calls were not answered. Instead of making a new product, that could have worked, the new Dr. took the old product and tried to restructure it because he stated that would not make a new one. The screw-in implants are the poorest form of dentures I have had to deal with and also the most expensive. I wear them only when I have too because they just don't work well. One of the saddest thing about the whole ordeal is that I left feeling defeated and that I was the problem. I am wondering what do when I need more work. Buyer Beware! Stop and give this site a lot of thought and consideration before having work done. I hope that patients receive better service and products since the practice has changed hands.
