I have been a patient since 2015, the last few visits it has been a total sh*t show due to extremely poor planning from the girls at check out. They are not trained and rope you with pressure. In my case they write down 3 steps (root canal) procedure and give you a quote, but in reality, once you start it is actually 5 visits and much more expensive then what they quoted you. Leaving you no choice but to come back and pay up since they started the work. They pressure you like a used car salesman, they are money hungry, refuse to release dental records (IT IS ILLEGAL) lots of talk but no effort Dr. *********************** is the best part about this practice, he is great. Also ***** the technician and Volha the original check out lady that was honest!*************************, is not a pleasant dentist. Again driven by greed by only sucking out everything from the insurance company and not your well being.Stay away from this practice!!!

My first visit was a routine cleaning and x-rays, as I hadn't been to a dentist since before the pandemic and was unable to get in with my former provider. The dentist I saw told me that I had a few teeth that were developing cavities, and that I should get them filled ASAP to avoid problems later on. I trusted this statement and came back the next day. On the day I was set to receive the first few fillings, I confirmed that the practice accepted my insurance prior to the procedure. After the procedure, I was presented with a bill for ~$450. When I asked why I was being asked to pay so much, the billing coordinator told me that my insurance only covered metal fillings and that this practice only offered white fillings, so I would have to pay the cost difference between the two. None of this information was communicated to me before the procedure and I was essentially backed into a corner with this $450 bill. I returned two days later, as I had another appointment scheduled to get additional fillings on the other side. I asked the office manager why they didn't tell me about the cost prior to the procedure. She responded that it was my responsibility to know what my insurance covers and to ask what the out-of-pocket cost was going to be prior to treatment. I found this incredibly unethical and unprofessional, as I have never had a medical provider NOT inform me that their treatment plan would not be covered by my insurance and stick me with the bill at the end. The office manager said that all she could do for me was put a note in my file that I would like to be informed of out-of-pocket cost estimates going forward. As a young woman, I feel that this practice was quick to take advantage of my naivety and unfamiliarity with the particular terms of my insurance plan. This is the worst medical treatment I have ever received, and I am disgusted with this practice's lack of transparency and willingness to mislead and take advantage of clients. I will never go back.
