The service is terrible for charging 9000 dollars. As heard from one of their members. It is a club for meeting other women for social activities. Members rarely ever answer and only answer when prodded by the company to do so. This company should have its business license pulled. Because they charge way too much money for no services being rendered.Review from shuchun L

This company is a 100% scammer ! STAY AWAY!!!!They feed on people's sincere desire to find someone with a lot of lies and deceit. They set up a total FAKE front personalized interview to sweet talk and made you believe you will get personal matchmaker service to tailor for your search,, all their said services were never true since the first month.******, my matchmaker and ****** fail to deliver said services when paying membership fee. They have continue to show my account profile to members when I asked them to take off my account. How do I know they did not take off my account? Because their email prompt kept sending me " someone likes me, and I fail to respond" I asked them to get me access to my account, all they do just talking around the circle asking me do I want to be a member? THEY HAVE MY $6995 MONEY, AND I HAVE NEVER SAID I DO NOT WANT TO BE A MEMBER !!!!! I can not believe they took my money and won't let me access to my account !!!! While they still have my $6995, they kicked me out of the service entirely, and provide me with no service at all. I of course tried to dispute the charge from my credit card company, however this scammer made you sign their grand master contract" which had protected themselves 100% not to refund, this contract allows them to just TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING !!!!!!Review from Marianna G

This company used manipulative and deceptive practices by scamming their customers into signing meaningless contracts and ripping off people of their money. In addition, they have no true intention in helping real people find their potential match and fail to deliver as promised. Their database of potential matches is practically empty where they failed to disclose such information to customer. Practically committing intentional fraud by using peoples human weakness by luring people into false promises that multiple matches are available.

****************** initiated contact with Chicagoland Singles to help her meet quality single men. Her above complaint and the use of her words are out of frustration. She had several men select her, their ages were not appropriate for her, and upsetting to her. She met with one of our professional matchmakers who interviewed her to find out what her likes, dislikes, and goals were for dating and relationships. *** completed her photos and video session, was presented with 3 matches, and we waited over 2 weeks for her profile. She was given access to our Member Site. on 12/14/2023. Her first payment was due on 12/25/2023, which she did not make or any others. She did express that she is seeing someone outside of the service and wanted to cancel. The membership she purchased is for 24 months, not 2 months, and the financial obligation as well. We have been working with ****************** and I believe we have come to an understanding which will be finalized on 2/13/2024.
