Bought my first and last Groupon last night because I Was overcharged and there's absolutely no way to contact any type of customer service despite their site saying there's a live chat. (There's not, nor is there a phone number or email)Purchased a Groupon advertised for 55$ after an additional promo. At check out it showed my promo and said total would be 55$, but I was charged 65$ on my bank account and in the emailed receipt. Bogus!Review from LaQuita F

I do not recommend. I accidentally purchased a Groupon for an oil change that was out of state. They said I cant use it nor I cant get refunded. I have about $60 just sitting on Groupon. Very disappointed.Review from Anthony M

Do not use Groupon. We accidentally booked two rooms and they made it impossible to even speak with a representative besides over internet chat. Make a long story short, I have to eat the cost of a second room. Never again will we use Groupon.Review from N.E H

ZERO stars. Groupon either as glitches, privacy breaches or is now practicing fraud. They do not cooperate with any remedy regarding unauthorized purchases. Strange how the unauthorized are always the non refundable. They will be losing thousands of dollars from us now. They should compare the loses and just fix this. Worst lying company ever. I am a small business owner, that have not received payments for 4 months. Every time they feed me that they system states its "void", we will escalate.. and nothing. I am tired of fighting with them, just be careful if you are a merchant, you will talk only through some chat, that person dont know anything. and it will never end. SCAM...Review from Tracy A

Vouchers that has expired but could still be used disappeared from a glitch in their system so now I am out over $200 and past the time I can claim fraud with my credit card company.Review from Kim M

Groupon will not offer a refund for two orders I made the same day, because when I didnt receive an email regarding shipping from both vendors I went to their website to click redeem on vouchers. The vouchers did not display a code for the vendors websites so I contacted their chat, the only form of contact to get ahold of their customer service! The representative told me I need led to have the vendors send them an email confirming I did not redeem the vouchers and they could then issue a refund. I contacted both companies, forwarded the emails I received from their support who was reachable by phone and I got another email from Groupon stating there was another complaint filed first by me that will be moved to higher priority prior to my sending proof of not receiving an order. Well I bought a service only to be charged additional fees for the service. I no longer want the service because of how misleading it was. Groupon will not refund my money nor will I be using the service. It hasn't even been 30 days since purchased. They offered credits, I don't want credits, I want my money back. So I'm completely out of my money and the service and they know it.. This has to be illegal.
