Our association had seven back porches torn down and rebuilt to Chicagos city code. Im the president of the association and Im here to clarify that the one complaint submitted was from a disgruntled owner who had no authority to speak on behalf of the association. The workers stayed professional and focused on building our porches even though the daily harassment by the one disgruntled owner. The general manager (****) was quick to fix any deficiencies the city inspector spotted and now all porches have passed. Thank you Alpine for a job well done. I would suggest them to anyone who needs there back porches rebuilt.Review from Sudeep B.

We had a complete tear-down and replacement of a wood deck on a two-story Greystone building in Humboldt Park. **** and his team were amazing. We actually got a quote from someone else, super glad we didn't go with the competition. **** and his team did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them. The workmanship was top-notch and he even suggested that we build the porch a little differently than the plans provided from the architect. Our main concern was to get the violations from the city removed - and he said he could handle the inspector. Well, the inspector signed off on the new porch and our violations were removed. We were very happy to go with his new recommendation and it was more practical and efficient. Even though we had a couple of days delay due to high rainy days - he stuck to the schedule and finished roughly in 6 weeks; which was about what he had anticipated. What I loved about working with **** was that he was completely transparent about the pricing, the process and all the steps necessary to get our new porch and violations from the city removed. **** went above and beyond, and I was very happy with his work.
