    I closed on a house this company built on 10/28/21. The new build came with a punch list, a year warranty, and a 60-day timeframe for work completion. I first asked for a timeline on repairs on 11/9/21 by email. I have repeated this question by email and text 32 times to no avail despite an additional 2 in-person meetings regarding the issue, and a formal request from my lawyer. When they have come out to make repairs, they have not finished and have caused damage to the unit including: composite dripped on the countertop, painting done over dust and hairs, incorrect paint color used, paint roller used on an airbrushed door, sloppy and incomplete caulking, crooked shower control panel, only partially painted door, dark marks left on the ceiling, and poorly done patch on the roofdeck. Outstanding items to be resolved include: uncontrollably high humidity causing damage to window panes, mold growth and s**** pops, crooked shower control panel, incompletely caulked shower faucet, poor water flow in the primary shower and secondary bath, debris stuck in paint, flooding mailboxes, garage doors that will not unlock below 45 degrees, closet doors that will not close unless slammed, rooftop deck inset that is not flush, s**** pops throughout the home that the builder stated are due to humidity being too high (but that cannot be adjusted due to the issue with the humidifier), dark marks on the ceiling, and a rooftop door that lets in moisture and bugs when closed and has hardware that rapidly rusts inside the home. Honestly, there are other issues that I have given up on getting fixed. On 1/30/22, I told the developer that I am uncomfortable with work done when I am away as it has been done poorly and incompletely in my absence. I provided my schedule and did not hear back. I reached out again on 2/17/23, 2/19/23, and 2/20/23 but have yet to receive a response.

    This company does their work quickly and without attention to detail. When issues later arise due to this (under warranty), they simply ignore you. In the few instances where I was able to get them over to fix their work, their fixes were sloppy and only done after dozens of attempts to contact them. Everyone in the six-unit building they built has had issues including sewage smell on the first floor, leaks that cause flooding, mold growing, water pressure not to code, unsealed fixtures, and many many more issues.
