Sharper Homes has always had a great reputation and I have told many people what a good job they do. Until now. They have replaced my roof twice, both times due to storm damage. This was an insurance job and the price was negotiated months in advance. They removed the old shingles and replaced the roof on in one day. They didn't replace the rubber boots that go over the vent stacks, but instead they left them piled in front of my house. They are brand new ones with the stickers still on them. They didn't replace the flashing on the house that had been torn off by the storm either. They also replaced the roof on another home of ours that was damaged in the same storm. It is now leaking. They came to look at it and told us that the water was coming from a faulty window upstairs. We've had this checked by two different companies since and the problem is coming from the roof. We have tried repeatedly to get Sharper homes to come fix the problems but after they came and looked at this roof and blamed it on a window, they won't return any of our calls at all. No one answers the phone ever. We have left message after message with no response. "

We appreciate all the business that you father has given us but there are a few items that need to be addressed. We received payment in full from your father, who we have the contract with, and he did not mention these issue except for the leak which we came out to inspect. Concerning the rubber boots we use lead pipe flashings, a superior product, we send out extra rubber ones because in some instances those are the only option, such as on a stack with an elbow. The flashing on the house was not replaced, and most often isn't, if it is in good condition we always re-work as noted on our estimate. As far as the leak we do believe it is from the window and if you felt that was incorrect we'd always be happy to come out again. We are not sure why you were unable to reach us as our receptionist answers calls and responds to voicemails daily, our email on all of our paperwork has been in service and continues to work, as well as our office location in Grant **** is open daily.
