      I purchase a refurbished computer from this vendor on *****I received this computer-after 30 days the hard drive quit working. This vendor gave me a hard time because I could not locate a sticker that they said was on the back of the computer (which did not exist) - they were able to locate the serial number which allowed me to return the ********************** for repair. I received the 'repaired' computer yesterday and the fan was making noise which indicated another problem. I reported and this was the response-Sorry to hear about the continued issues you are experiencing, can you please check the fan to ensure there is nothing inside that is causing the loud noise? Alternatively, we can send you a replacement fan if you wish to resolve the issue

      Worst customer service. I cannot get a refund for a product that they shipped me that doesnt work. They sent a QR code for me to take to a fed ex dealer, I took to three different ones and they all said the code didnt work. I requested an actual label and no response. I called ******* and they requested a label for me. The company replied to them thst I could take it to a ******* if it was within 15 days. By this time its been 15 days Ive tried to return it and they literally told me oh well. The **** thing doesnt work.

      AFTER PURCHASING A COMPUTER FROM MICOMP IT ARRIVED ON **** BUT DID NOT WORK.IT TOOK ME A WEEK OR SO TO GET THE COMPUTER HOOKED UP TO FIND OUT IT WOULD NOT BOOT UP AT ALL. AFTER COMTACTING MICOMP I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A **** RESTRAINT ON THE RETURN, WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED AT THE **** OF PURCHASE. i WAS TOLD I COULD SHIP IT BACK TO THEM AT MY EXPENSE FOR A REPAIR BUT POLICY WOULD NOT ALLOW A REFUND, WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED AT THE **** OF PURCHASE.I HAVE OFFERED TO BRING THEM THE COMPUTER TO GET THE REFUND AND NOW THEY ARE BALKING AT THAT SUGGESTION. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THE COMPUTER IS NOT PROGRAMMED CORRECTLY AND WILLNOT BOOT UP FOR ANY REASON. ASKING FOR A REFUND IS NOT UNREASONABLE.

      I bought this coumputor from micomp it did not work right they would not do ant thing about it they would not give my money back they keep telling me to take it to ******** to send back ******* would not take it they don,t seem to care about thid trouble with the coumputor they say they will work with you but they have nothing they don,t stand by ther service i thing they are a fruad i don,t know what else to do

      DON'T *** ANYTHING FROM *** *******!! We need a Class Action Lawsuit for ***** SINGLE CUSTOMER, who purchased a computer, especially during the ********, and had a "repair or return" issue within a year - NEEDING the "Free Warranty"?! Where you are expected to pay for the ****** and they play their ******/Repair game?! What good is another computer if I've lost important files?! Why would I get another one?! As others, my **** ***** crashed?! And I've lost very, very important ************** - Yes I have a little backed up - but it doesn't compare to what I lost?! And I couldn't back them up in time! Files were going missing and moving around the Drive?! A ******* took over 1hr and 30mins and still did not ******* properly!! ********* Refurbished?! Ugh!! *******, Newegg, ****, ******, etc. customers buying bs computers "at a reasonable price" during the ********?! I'll tell you what's not reasonable - ALL *** ****** YOU HAVE W/*** COMPUTER!! Including the headache of having to contact them, while ***Y SPEND OUR MONEY!!! It's ill bc it's so hard to find computers that aren't Refurbished today?! Buying directly from a company (like **) to get a NEW computer has gotten really expensive?! Regardless, don't spend your Time or ***** on Micomp. I hope they go out of business.
