Keynote did a did a prestine job in handling my bad debt receivable. I never thought I would be able to collect on this hit and run accident. Within a matter of weeks, Keynote was on top of this matter and initiated collections every month until I received my full amount. Thank you very much Keynote team for all your hard work and success.

They send you collection letters with no validation or no documentation and expect me to prove I have nothing to do with this.They should be the people who should vet it before they send it out.Review from Aleksandra K

Company reported me randomly after having received the *incorrect* info about my non payment. I provided full details on the payment to ******************* over the phone with my time and efforts (Dr's ****** is not better -> **************************** Office - we will have a talk too and your 0 star review is next). After couple of weeks I am getting DEROGATORY **** on my credit report during purchasing a house process. Credit agency accepted the dispute but it still costing so much time for the records to be updated. How can incompetence like that slide with no repercussions? Horrible people that simply do not care and are not doing their job accurately. Be aware, stay away. Horrible. I will review this everywhere I can.Review from SALINA

I think they may be a fraud since the representative I spoke with "***" introduced himself with hesitation like he didn't even know his name. When I called back and asked to speak with someone else he said no. So apparently, we can't even speak with a different representative when we are unsure of who this person is. I haven't even found out why they are calling me in the first place because I can only speak with "***".Keynote Consulting, Inc. Response

Our company strives to assist all callers politely. However we also must meet regulatory standares prior to beginning a discussion with a consumer.
