Management is unorganized, harsh and emotionally abusive. Consistently making employees cry. No work/life balance. They expect you to give all of your time. Long inconsistent hours sometimes making you work 6 days a week. Management is unstable, unfair, and job responsibilities are unclear. Turnover rate is extremely high. If you don't live their lifestyle they put you down as a person and make you feel horrible about yourself.
