UDS has withheld my package since November 4 and I cannot get a hold of anyone from their company to ask where my package is. Their tracking has still not updated as of today November 10 and my package was supposed to arrive to me no later than November 8, I am now without my product, which is sold out from the manufacture, and cannot get a hold of anyone from UDS. Companies like this they have no customer service and cannot answer Calls should not be allowed to work with consumers. If they are not providing the service at which they advertise, they should be considered false advertisement, and their website and information should be taken down. And companies that are using them should be made aware that they are truly not a shipping company because they are truly not delivering the service that they advertise. You cannot get a hold of anyone from this company. Yes, they have a phone number but no one answers when you press the button so you just have to say I guess my package is just lost. Someone needs to hold this business accountable for all of the missing packages.
