I filled out a contact form for an advertisement. I was not able to respond right away and they called me seven times in one day. Also texted multiple times. I asked that they stopped texting and calling via text and phone. They continue to call me, even though I have started blocking their numbers. They told me the VA would pay for everything. That was a lie. They told me they had trained guys to do a professional install. that was a lie. They said they would replace all the pipes with new pex. that was a lie. They hooked me up with financing when I wanted to pay cash. They said 100% would fix any issues. that was a lie. Currently dealing with an old leaking pipe supplying the hot water to my tub because they didn't replace it with their subcontractors when they did the install and refused to fix it after breaking it with the install. Have a friend who might fix it. So far I'm 150$ in to fix something they should have replaced and fixed with the 2 contractors who looked at it after.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response

Paid over $19,000 for a professionally installed, high quality walk-in shower to replace our tub.. Received a poorly installed, low quality shower that compares to a big box shower kit that sells for for Less than $5,000. Two of three walls had to be replaced due to poor installation, and sewer pipes had to be reconnected after discovering that the pipe had fallen off the shower in the crawl space due to improper plumbing installation. Overseas of glue resulted in inability to paint walls. Knows on glass doors have fallen off and do not tighten.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response

I received a quote from these people on June 20th, a salesman named ***** came to my house. After looking at the tub area he proceeded to give a spiel about all the plusses of his company. I thanked him and told I appreciated him coming out. He told me "I can't support my family on appreciation". I was surprised he would say that. Then he had the gall to tell me " You really need this because you don't take showers!" Are you kidding me, what a rude and lazy man, he didn't come to the front door and he wanted to go out the back because it was closer to his car. Since June 20th I have received four to six calls per day. I have blocked their number and have spoken to them once and advised them I am retaining an attorney if the calls don't stop. The first number they used was from *************** now they switched to a different number still in ***************, with the last four numbers different. I am elderly and handicapped and I want this to stop. Please be aware when using this company. I would give no stars if that was an option.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response

We talked with Bath Planet (Leaf Home Bath) and had our contract done on June 28th and we had a Sales person come on July 5th and did an Addendum for lower price and also did new credit card offer. The Sales person told us that we would receive a call in 3 days. But so far no calls/ no messages/no emails. I tried calling the Local Kansas city number and the call is transferred to Chicago office and the people are so rude and they are not able to provide any details regarding my contract or they don't share phone number of local office or any contact person details - stating it is privacy. She doesn't have answers for any of my basic questions - about my contract and Installation. I have already paid advance and am stuck. I would like BBB to resolve this issue so I am able to cancel the contract and get my money back.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response

(Situation still ongoing) My grandfather talked with bath planet for a remodel on June 26th, we were able to secure a contract with them and were approved for financial aid, the sales person told us that we would get a call in 3 days... Nothing, no calls. Radio Silence. So on July 17th i called and spoke to a really rude, unprofessional fast talker lady that just said 'oh you have a problem with your credit line, a manager will contact you later today.' And short hung up about a 2 minute phone call Guess what, no phone call after that. So the next morning July 18th i called again and said hey why didn't we get a call? And i got the same attendant form July 17th and she said "oh its 24 hours AFTER-" when she said yesterday so i asked "if there was an issue with anything why did it it take for me the customer to call? Why couldn't your company reach out to us to get this issues solved?" And she said "i don't know" and short hung up another two minutes. Due to circumstances my family has been without a bathroom since the end of may it is now the end of July. Depending upon what happens with this review. I will update it if i get any answers, but for now. Its 1 Star for Radio Silence and No Updates.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My 88 year old mom was totally taken advantage of. She was sold a $24,000 walk in tub that still does not work properly. (it started at $36k, but sales lady came down - like a typical car salesman) We were told that her 2yr old 40 gal water heater was sufficient. The tub fills only half full when the hot water runs out. the jets cannot be used unless tub is full. sales person no help. i spoke with installation mgr and sales mgr. Mom was offered a $3500 rebate to help pay for a tankless water heater. this is not an option in this condo, there is not enough power in the breaker panel. we had to totally revise the water heater closet to accommodate a new 55 gal water heater. This still is not sufficient. cannot fill above the water jets. i have left messages with the sales manager who was helpful at first but now will not return my calls or texts. since they sent the check for $3500 they no longer care. this whole thing has been a nightmare since the day it was installed (April 25). Salesman guaranteed a one day install. Here I am two weeks later, a half demolished bathroom, no shower, and a price tag that's way too high for the customer service I've gotten so far. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response

Don't do business with this company. Within 1 week I tried to cancel project due to financial reasons. I called the company and the salesman, call was never returned. Couple weeks later they contacted me saying supplies had been ordered and couldn't be canceled or I would be charged $2000.00. I went ahead with the shower. I called them a couple weeks later asking about how to clean the shower. They would not answer, saying it was in my contract. I used the products in the contract, NONE of them worked. I have mold growing all along the caulk they installed. Worst company to do business with. Do your homework and look at other companies and their reviews.Bath Planet by BCI Acrylic Response
