We had America's Bath Company do a remodel for our bathroom. We now have warranty work that needs to be done and cannot find the company. I think they were sold and we do not know where to call for warranty work.Customer Response

************************* the owner sold the company in October some time. We had called the company the date after the sale of the company. They promised to get back to us for warranty work that needs to be done. We have heard NOTHING. Now when we reach out to the phone # we get disconnected each time. bait and switch I was shown a product in their company brochure that they do Not sell.my wife very unhappy too.

We are sorry this customer is not satisfied, however he has been challenging as a result of him having expectations for products and services that we do not offer nor have not ever offered. His primary issue is he thinks he should be receiving a custom made swing shower door on his shower instead of the sliding shower doors he received. Swing doors on a 60" shower are CUSTOM and we do not provide ********************* as custom glass is made by and installed by shower glass companies that specialize in custom shower glass. Our presentation shows sliding doors, the purchase agreement he signed states sliding shower doors, and the recorded phone call we maintain as part of our onboarding process to review the purchase agreement states sliding doors. We are very clear, deliberate, and transparent of the products we offer and go out of our way to ensure the customer understands what they purchased so there are no surprises at point of installation. ************** did a tub/shower to walk in shower conversion, Despite a minor glitch, plumbing had to be moved, the process was done in an efficient manner. I am so pleased with the results. my installers, *****, ****************** did a fabulous job. I would recommend this company and their employees 100%. A friend of mine paid the same price as me for an acrylic enclosure. The products they used are far superior. Thank you for a job well done.Review from Anthony D

America's Bath Company installed a new tub and shower in our home, and we were very pleased with the work completed by the installers **** and ****. The trim around the window looks fabulous. Everyone at *** was a pleasure to work. **** was the project manager, and ****** was the salesperson. Everyone was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Had a shower installed and we love it. Installers; **** and ********** were awesome. Install was quick. Area was left clean...even the hallway from the bath to the front door had a tarp down. Would use ********* Bath again.Review from Jody H

Just had my bathtub and shower installed. It looks beautiful!! and the installers were great to work with. Installer ***** did a great job and explained each phase of the construction. Along with installers, ****, *** and ***** the work was completed on time. All installers were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. There was absolutely NO clean up required when they left the job. First time having this good of an experience with installers. Would highly recommend them.Review from Joe & Andrea M

We had our shower installed by ********* Bath and nothing but a positive experience. From start to finish the company had good communication and detailed information on the process. **** and ********** were able to complete the install in one day as estimated with great care to details and keeping us informed throughout the process. They cleaned up and left us with all the care instructions needed. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
