      I purchased Forevercar in 2020 and have never used it. The a/c on my car went out and I contacted them so I could take it to their preferred auto repair. I was told they did not have any preferred auto repair shops here and to take it to any ase mechanic. I have been unable to find a mechanic that will file a claim with Forevercar. They all want for me to pay for repair and file myself. According to Forevercar they will not honor any repair claim unless it is submitted by the mechanic. Makes no sense to me how they get the claim as long as repair of the a/c is covered and it is. Very disappointed and now feel that I have wasted my money for over 2 years. As an 82yr old female I feel like I have been taken advantage of since the representative I talked to treated me like I was stupid and continued to talk over me. She kept telling me to go to mrclaims.net and I kept telling her that I had and it said my coverage had expired to which she finally acknowledged and she asked if I had coverage. This is the same person who was looking at my contract and my coverage. Dont waste your time or money.

Your Plan Administrator, Assurant will accept a claim from any licensed mechanic nationwide, but the shop has to be willing to call to file the claim. The repair shops in your area have no affiliation with Assurant, so they cannot forcea shop to file a claim on your behalf.       This "warranty" got me to sign up before my limited warranty for carvana ended and it originally advertised as a replacement for the limited warranty. But as soon as I signed up, they gave me the contract and I saw that this warranty does not really cover anything at all so I decided it was useless to pay for it because everything would be covered with my own insurance company. So, I attempted to cancel the subscription by phone, which was the only way to cancel. The guy assured me it would be canceled, he did mention I had to do something extra for some reason and email them directly with the reason and other questions. I ended up unfortunately, not getting that email because I was busy and they proceeded to **** me after I told them to cancel. They did not give any notice or reminder on this before billing, I had to see it on my statement. I tried calling to complain and properly canceled but they refused to refund me and kept talking about "the contract". I have had the worst experience with Carvana as a while, so I just want to recommend NOT doing anything at all with their Forever Car package. Just avoid Carvana also while you are at it because they will get all your car registration wrong too and give you the wrong car.

The coverage extended you for an additional 36 months and unlimited mileage. Also, the plan provided you with Bumper to Bumper coverage. Our Representative explained the Cancellation Process to you. Per our conversation on4/22/22, you stated that you did receive the email that we sent to you, but you neglected to send the email back to us. You stated that your response was still in your Drafts. Per the terms of your contract, we cannot cancel your contract until we receive your request in writing. Once we received your written request on4/22/22, your cancellation was processed.
