Quiroz auto repair was paid about **** dollars from Endurance warranty to replace the engine on my vehicle. They did not change the engine and now I am having so many issues. I do not want to take my vehicle back there, I want the money that they were paid! My vehicle is currently at another repair shop and it had been there for almost two months! I ha e spent thousands on rentals and ubers just to get to work and i am at risk of losing my job due to the number of days I have missed. Endurance did not seem to care but I do. These issues I am having with my vehicle would not have happened if they would have replaced the engine, like they were paid to. The current mechanic told me my vehicle has the original engine, vin number on the engine matches vin number on vehicle. I am without a vehicle due to their negligence. I have tried to contact the shop and i think they blocked my number. I had went back to this shop when my car broke down at the end of July and the owner was so hostile towards me telling me he was not gonna fix my vehicle, so I took it to another shop. I need a resolution and am in desperate need for my vehicle to be up and running again. I have no receipts or anything because he refused to give me anything, but I am pretty sure the warranty company and current mechanic can assist with providing any documentation. I have stressed this matter with endurance but they do not seem to care and now they are giving me a hard time with fixing my vehicle. Since they do not care I would like a refund issued to me so I can fix my vehicle. Plus what I have spent on rentals and ubers.
