    On 1/2/2023 this business committed to fixing my parking brake function in my Jeep Wrangler Sahara (manual transmission) with a final cost of $1,194.66. I paid them in cash on 1/3/23 in order to get my jeep back in possession with satisfaction that the parking brake was working safely on inclines and holding the jeep securely from rolling backwards. This service was not accomplished, and in fact, my rear brake pads and rotors were replaced upon approval with the understanding that this was part of the process needed to fix the parking brake. Again, not the case as the parking brake still wasn't holding the vehicle in place while on a slight incline after original service. I went back to the business with my concern a second time (April) and was told that the parking brake would be tightened and tweaked. The parking brake was still not engaging properly (safely) as I was now being told it needed another part replaced in the brake handle. This was not included in the original estimate to fix the problem, and I needed to make a third visit to have additional parts replaced and charged more money. My dispute is that I was charged for services not necessary (replacement of rear brake pads and rotors) to fixing the only problem I originally went into this business to fix (parking brake not fully engaging) on top of being told I now needed more parts and labor to fix the original problem. I sent them a certified letter in July with an expected resolution to my complaint and they have chosen to ignore it. I expressed that a satisfactory resolution would be to reimburse me for unnecessary rear brake service (labor/parts) and labor for unfixed parking brake as advised by another mechanic. I mentioned I did not trust at this point to have them continue parking brake service due to my jeep rolling down the driveway with brake engaged after original work was completed. My safety has been compromised by this mechanic's several attempts to fix a problem that still exists.
