I made a purchase for a part on 01/07/2022 for the amount of $81.00.Fedex Tracking # **** **** ****. I was told it would be in within the week and I was to pick it up at their location. They have a no return policy. I have had to follow up with them week after week; 01/17/22, 01/25/22, 01/31/22, 02/04/22, 02/08/22, 02/11/22, 02/12/22. Regarding my part because it hasn't come in and to date, I do not have it. The salesman and possible owner "****" didn't have answers for me about my part and finally said that he isn't going to guess anymore on when it's coming and will issue me a refund. He told me he issued my refund on Friday 02/04/2022. I gave them a few days and I still haven't received my refund. When I followed up on 02/08/22, **** reassured me that he issued it on Monday, not Friday, and it could take a couple days. 02/11/22 I follow up because the refund has not been issued, **** then tells me that he did not issue my refund because I got my part already, and that he mailed it to my house without notifying me if that was the case. The agreement was that part would be delivered at their location for me to pick up, not delivered to my home. He gave me a tracking number for the delivery to prove it was delivered. However, when I went to seek the proof that it was indeed delivered to my front door, I could not find one or retrieve one, because I am not the party that with the account number to retrieve that kind of info. When I followed up again to notify **** that he needs to get the proof for me, and if he could send me that proof via email so I could file a claim, because I have not received the part, He just responds hinting that I am lying and assures me that the part is in my house.
