I bought a car with you 3 years ago I already finish paying it . And I ask your sales men as well as the manage if you report to my credit you asure me you did and it has been almost 3 months since I finish paying my car and you havent report anything to my credit . Im still waiting , Whats going on ? Are you lying to your customers? Do you report to the credit bureau? The sales men guy name is ***** and the manager is a White guy that now works on the dealership on western Avenue.

This is regarding the comment from 4/11/22, left on my daughter Jazmyn's review...1st off you are a complete LIAR, I spoke with you over the phone and you flat out said ******************* works in the service department, that he is NOT the General Manager, you're a f****** LIAR. 2nd that car is GARBAGE, it has nothing but issues and she's had it almost 4 weeks. 3rd you BETTER change that comment you put on her review regarding s repossession, she has NEVER had a repossession, she was involved in a car accident with a semi truck, where the driver was found guilty of the accident and her vehicle was reported AS A TOTAL LOSS, and she provided the insurance record to YOU stating it as a TOTAL LOSS. That is false information and defamation of character. That shows how unprofessional you are and how UNPROFESSIONAL you represent your company. You said you were more than professional with her, yes a professional when you are trying to make the sale. Once the sale is final, you turn into a professional liar. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM...Review from Jazmyn C.

Worse experience buying a car, ever! ***** convinced me to buy a car that has problem with the breaks and many other things. Ive had the car for two weeks, and I been at service twice! ***** is a manipulative liar! He looked me straight in my face and lied and said he hears no noises on my car when he test drove it. Also, I requested to speak to Al, and ***** looked me straight in the face and said there is no Al that works there. When in fact Al is the general manager. I would not recommend buying from here. To *****: its disgusting how you can look someone in the face and lie while smiling like the way you do, but its okay. Ill leave it in gods hands ?? ??Wheels of Chicago, Inc. Response

Jasmin * much of this review is a complete lie and slander. You came in to purchase a vehicle after having a repossession. We worked tirelessly to finally find a lender to approve you. Once approved * you selected a beautiful ****** Versa. You test drove it, inspected it, and it was to your liking. You came back and stated you had a couple issues. Both myself and our service department looked at the vehicle and we could not duplicate any issues. I politely asked you to test drive the vehicle with me so you can show me if we missed something. You refused to do so. Moving forward * I never once stated Al did not work here. I just informed you he was not here (Saturday, 4.09.2022) and that he would be back on Monday. No one ever lied to you * and all of us were more than professional. We also offered to take the vehicle to the OEM ****** Dealership to prove there was nothing wrong with the vehicle * you also declined that. There is only so much we can do. Never I didnt know that the BBB Will didnt care that the car machine in this company are not ********* machines please people what ever you do dont get nothing from this place.. I didnt have a month with the car and have to pay to get fixed I know its not right but I need my car for my kids and this is the only car I have so please .. Thank you for your review ******. Unfortunately - used vehicle break down, we do not build them, we just sell them. You're vehicle needed an alternator, and although it was not a warranty item, we got it done with the warranty department and all you needed to pay was a $100 deductible. This still did not make you happy. Then you didn't even have the $100 so we extended that for you - still not happy... There is only so much we can do to satisfy our clients, and it seems that no matter what we do - you will never be satisfied. Best of luck.Review from Suliema s
