They are only getting 1 star because i have to put atleast 1 star.Worst thing I ever did was trust these fools. The vehicle I started with.had issues from get go,even got worse the closer I got to paying it off.They did put me into a different vehicle and same thing happened,right before getting paid off it had issues,to where again put me into another vehicle.had this happen 3x. Now with the one (which will be the last one)after this one started having issues with not starting,they took it in saying it was most likely the ignition coil,and the vehicle I am in is known for that part to go bad.when went to go pick up the 1st time knowing i was coming to get my car tgey they left me stranded in Rkfrd without giving me my car.So went the next day to get it and all the f*****s did was change out my battery saying battery was bad.Which I know is not true because before took it to them to work on,I had battery,starter and alternator checked and they all passed. So it was not the battery....Review from Angelina A

Worst company ever this place sold me a lemon car had the car for almost two months or so and it broke down front driver axle completely broke off when I was driving and almost killed me then **** the sales manager gets me a Pontiac GMC that had over ***************************************************************************************************************************************** because **** persuaded me into getting something else wrong choice I made because that ******* had more issues than the first car I want my **** cash payment back from **** bergers for the damages and money I had to put into both cars and on top of that they wanted 200 every Friday what a joke

At Mark Berger Motors we go out of our way to help customers however we can when they need us. This customer bought a vehicle from us and needed help with financing. She stopped making her payments and we tried to work with her. She said she lost her job and was unable to make payments and also let her insurance lapse so there was no insurance coverage on the vehicle. The vehicle got repossessed and she has not even had her vehicle since earlier this year in 2023. We are unable to help her at this point but would work with her again once she gets a job or some other type of income.
