On Septment 15th, i purchase 2012 ***** captiva within less then 10 mintues of leaving the lot , it started to mark engine, shaking and it turn off. when the car turn on. i took it to auto zone to have it check the diagnostis stated caterpillar convertor and sensor. i took it to the dealer. he stated i brougth it as is and very being rude, disrespectful to me and my senior mother. afterward he said he would take to his mechanic. i told the owner how im i going to purchase a car and leave walking. i ask him to exchange it he refuse. he kept the for over a week stating was waiting for parts. while he gave me a brokendown **** fusion with a hole on the muffler to drive as rental. the following week i pick up the car which i was told the part were put on. i left than 10 minutes the car was dupilicating .everything.i call to inform what happening it was stated to me that it needed a hose and it would be put it would be fine. i was unable to ride my car. i took it to another mechanic. he said the engine casket are mess up that it need a engine, today i went back to the dealer with my mom to requsted a refund. i told him what the mechanic said. His response was tell him to f*** himself and you too. you brougth this car as is. I have not been able to use the car since I purchase it. its only been three week that i purchase it . I have missed several days of work due to the incovenience. i was sold a lemon car, that the owner and dealer wear aware. I have been disrespected as a LGBTO woman and my mother. I am a requesting a complete refund of ***** and a investagation of fraud to be done.
