      Zero Star-1/19/24, I drove my 2017 Lincoln Continental to their service department due to it not getting traction with the front wheels. I agreed to the diagnosis and was informed that I needed a new transmission and the cost to replace it is $12,000. Their service **** contacted ALPHA Warranty & the transmission is covered. Rec'd a ride home and decided to purchase a used vehicle as a sidekick. The salesman came to my home the next day, driving a 2015 Buick Regal. I purchase the car; at closing time the salesman walked me to the door and handed me a horrible put together key fob with two parts! I drove the car home and while driving a ******************* light appeared on the dashboard. I returned the Lemon first thing Monday morning and ended up with a SUV Rogue. The front license plate bracket was missing, and I was told they will order the part. Spoke with Alpha Warranty and was informed that they located a used transmission with ****** miles on it and will ship it to the dealer. Your service advisor informed me that they do not install parts from outside resources and my out-of-pocket cost was now $6000 with a new transmission installed. Inquired about a used transmission. Received a call days later and was informed that they found a used transmission with ****** miles for $2075.00 with a 1-year warranty and my out-of-pocket cost is $2026.84. I was not satisfied with the used transmission/****** miles. It was reported that the transmission will be delivered Tuesday 2/6/24. Called around and spoke with ***************** Lincoln in ***********. Was informed that a new transmission is $4398.00 and labor charge is $1925.00. My Alpha warranty is paying $4176.93 total and the out of pocket for a brand-new transmission is roughly $2200.00. I called your service department and reported my findings and was told that they could not cancel the item being shipped. I picked my car up on 2/15/24. Still have not received my Rogue bracket. 2/22 Still haven't rec'd Rogue bracket.

      Giving this place one star is too many. Zero stars this place deserve. The worst costumer service of all time. They will hang up on you. I have an appointment for my car to be picked up they say they never told me that but I have E-mails from them . Do Not do business with this place they are AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
