I worked for two days with a sales rep named ****** to purchase a 2023 EQB. She had given me a video tour of the car recived all my and my wife's personal information (DL #, adress, Phone #) etc. and said she would preapre the bill of sale immediately. I stepped away from the phone for two hours to arrange financing through USAA, which by the way was excellent! When I called back she told be the car was sold but she could put me in another one. Needless to say I was a bit upset. This sounds like to typical bait and switch. Her boss *** was less than helpful not to mention rude.I am stunned that Mrecedes-Benz is associated with a dealership like this.I would recommend buyers to beware!Review from Dino K

I ordered a ******** conversion van from them and it got stolen in the dealership. My insurance paid Loeber for a new ******** and he is refusing to deliver. I ordered a Porsche taycan as well. This problem is from 2019. Loeber thinks they're mafia and is probably trying to close down so that he doesn't have to deliver the Porsche. The whole city pretends he's righteous but you're not getting out of insurance. You're required to deliver to ************************* at **** n Bell in Chicago at all costs no matter what. He blocks the system by saying that the world will blow up if Dr **** gets a delivery. The people are hungry so you need to deliver.Review from Vincenzo A

Called into the dealership to purchase a vehicle (E63s). Dealership has very displeasing sales tactics and is still openly asking insane market adjustments on vehicles that are not actually specialty vehicles. A final edition E63s is a speciality vehicle that a consumer could reasonably understand a market adjustment on as theyre limited vehicles. A regularly mass produced E63s is not a specialty vehicle, and definitely not a vehicle that would hold any sort of value after a year. Dealership is looking to s**** someone out of $30,000 over sticker. According to pricing statistics on E63s models that would put a consumer at almost a $55,000+ Loss over a 6 month period. BUYER BEAWARE COVID PRICING TACTICS ARE LONG OVER WITH.Review from Robert J

After servicing my vehicle ,the problem code remains the same. There is a reasonable assumption .that Loeber can not perform and limit itself to the code resetting and charging a customer for work they should perform. ACCORDING TO MY OBSERVATION.THERE IS PERCEPTION .THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT INTERFERE IN THE VEHICLE EMISSION SYSTEM.Keep away from such place. I can not give them a zero .so they received only one star.Review from Robert A

Zero stars. Loeber tells me they will not service my **** MB as it is "too old." Wouldn't even perform a diagnostic test. Strange for an accredited dealership to a brand with a reputation for long-lived quality. Loeber has perfromed multiple services on this **** vehicle in past years, prior to today's refusal to do so.I understand the economics of why a dealer would make this move - hard-to-find parts, lack of mechanics' expertise on older vehicles. That doesn't change what I think is a shameful policy. I won't waste my time with this place again.
