I plan on actually reporting them to authorities. They are practicing text book false advertising. I came in to purchase a 2020 ***** and the marked it up by $3K for a protection package. I told them that I just wanted the ***** as is and not the protection package. They then told me that the paint protection had already been applied but that they could negotiate that down. I told them that I refused to pay more than what was listed and didn't want anything additional (outside of taxes). They still attempted to charge $1200. I walked out. Called in to get a replacement battery in my key and the operator tells me to go buy another one from auto zone or something. You got to be kidding me I havent had this car for two weeks and for you to think Im gonna spend more money is crazy *** @ss b words kept passing the phone off to other employees. Very unprofessional and would not recommend

I live out of state and tried to buy a new Blazer they had advertised on their website. I called, talked to a sales rep who was very nice and confirmed the unit was still there. I asked if my GM Card points were compatible and she said they were. Told her I would take it and thats when things went downhill. Told them I was paying cash and would do either a wire transfer or a certified check and there was no trade. The business manager gave me the runaround, wouldn't return my calls. After a week of the runaround from different sales managers I started to check them out. What I found was the are a sleazeball dealership that should never have a Chevrolet franchise let alone a dealers license. Dodged a bullet on that one. I have owned over 60 vehicles in my time with many being brand new and I have never been treated this way.Review from Tanesha G

I purchased a two vehicles from this place on the same day in February. I did not have one of the vehicles 5 months before the engine went completely out! I called the dealership and they gave me the run arounds. I spoke with the salesperson and the manager and they told me to send it to the nearest dealership because they were unable to work on the car due the fact that it is a ******** I had to have the tow truck take it to another dealership in which my truck has been sitting there since July 2021! Here it is November and I am still without a vehicle and the dealership kingdom ***** has not tried to help me in this situation at all! but constantly calling me about a license plate! I believe this truck was messed up from the beginning and they just sold it to me without checking it. Highly disappointed that I am paying a car note and no car or a loaner to get around.
