I took my Kia ******* to be serviced by them and they never fixed the issue. I described the issue in detail first, to the lady at the desk in the service ***** and second time to ***. On the first visit, they told me it was my alternator. I paid over $2500 for the service. I got the car back and within two days had to return it to the service **** for a second time to let them know the car was having the same problem that I originally brought the car in for! They kept my car for almost 3 weeks after that, with no update. I had to keep calling them to get the status of my *******. Finally, they called with a list of things that needed to be repaired to fix my issue. I picked 2 things from the list to repair, HOPING this would fix the issue I was having, I went to retrieve my car after service (another $1500) and the next day the car was having the same issue. I called them immediately and the lady in the service **** told me I had to wait until the next day to speak to someone about dropping my ******* off. WHAT?!!! I was referred to another mechanic by a family member and the mechanic told me it was my right-side caliper that needed to be replaced. I dropped my car off and picked it up the same day. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! ALL the time and money I spent trying to fix this one issue with this dealership that claims to have experts servicing their *******s! The Kia service **** never listed or even suggested the caliper needed to be replaced.Review from Gerry H

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE ***** READ BELOW WHY:The service **** is incompetent, negligent, unprofessional and dishonest. My car was damaged while sitting in their shop for months for an engine replacement (yes, *** engines are very cheap and cause major problems after 70k miles). The repairs from the damages caused by their stuff caused significant delays, and this shop is too cheap to offer rentals/loaners. So, if your car is here for a long period of time, be ready to foot your own transportation expenses. When calling to get updates, they place you on hold for hours. They are so disorganized. One time I called, and they couldn't fine my file. The service techs are also so unprofessional. I caught them smoking while in the shop while attending to vehicles. I brought it up with the top manager, ***********************, who is just an incompetent and apathetic manager. In short, this service department do not care about your car, your concerns, or ******** service. If you must have your vehicle serviced by a *** ******* DO NOT go here, or you will regret it. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle, stay far away from *** because, being a *** ******** is an abysmal experience, from its quality to its ******** service overall. *** ********************** also has poor ******** service when filing claims.Review from Lavanya R

I had a truly disappointing experience at this car dealership. They scratched my brand new car on day of delivery when changing the license plate last week. (Sep ******* apology was offered. Had to drive 2 hours and waited several hours more for them to buff it out and still have visible scratches. Cant stress enough on the bad customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car-buying experience. Please note I did not want to give them 5 star review in return of 2 free oil change. This is an honest review from a real customer. Read other 1 star reviews before deciding to do business with them. Good luck!Review from Armani P

Maintenance and repair department is worst I have had to deal with. Oil change appointment at 9:30 AM didnt depart until 12:45 PM. Fifteen minutes away from the shop engine lockup because the service tech failed to insure all replacement parts installed correctly which caused the vehicle to loose all the oil in the engine.Car has been siting at the dealership since July 22, 2023 waiting on an engine that no one can give me a valid Update. Dealer ship states the engine is e route in parts. Contacted the Kia ******* consumer ******************** and they stated the engine is on back order. Which is correct?The damage to my car was caused by the service department, yet they have failed to provide any assistance with me getting back and forth to work.My car has been sitting at the dealer shop for 45 plus days with no action taken. A loader or a rental car. I am still paying a car note with no car.I am almost living at the dealership and on the phone with Kia ******* trying to get this issue resolved.Review from David T

A very sleazy place. Called and was told they had what I wanted. Made a 1 hour drive the next day was told that they sold the vehicle and took a deposit on it. I started to leave and they followed me out to my car and said if I wanted to offer more than the other customer then I could have the car. What a bunch of sleaze bags.Review from Adola C

I took my *** for its recalls and anti-thief service, they lied about my mileage they gave me a oil change which i didn't need or ask for. My mileage was clocked in at ***** when the reality it was ***** so even before this , i asked them has my car been received via tow they said yes this is at 9am 11:30 i called back to check they stated my car wasn't there. Oh really, then they called back to say oh yeah its here. Later i called back around 2pm they said oh you missed ur appointment today at 10:3am i said what. Long story short i call to speak to the service manager ***** he told me if i don't like the service don't come back. This is the worse place i have ever been to in allllllll my life! i will never go bak there EVER AGAIN!!!! They are the WORSE! Never even put the oil change sticker in the window so how do i know when i need to get another one and did they even put the anti-thief device on my car??? Just Terrible. So Evergreen Kia just told me they wont give me any more free oil changes or tire rotations for my Stinger because I gave them 3 bad reviews. Well, apparently, they want good reviews no matter how much they lie or not follow through with what they are supposed to do. The manager is not using logic. I told them to fix a small piece from my trunk panel 2 times while getting an oil change and they didnt. One of the times, the manager told me he would order the part and call me when it comes in. I never got a call. So I gave a bad review. The very first time I gave a bad review was because upon purchase of the vehicle, the salesman told me a cheaper price. When I went to sign the paperwork the car price itself was much higher. I guess this dealership made a good choice for me because I wouldnt want to do business with these kind of people anyway.Review from Brenda C

07/26/2022- I took my vehicle to a scheduled service appointment. When I walked in, a woman with blonde hair asked who I was there to see. I explained I had an appointment to inspect my engine (it went out due to a manufacture defect). She told me there was a long wait, as she pointed to the stack of papers and said, "you're basically just another number". How is this quality customer service?Back track to my last service there for my "free" oil change, none of my fluids were topped. When I called the service manager to let them know what was being done, so they were aware, he proceeded to tell me it was ***** fault for offering the free oil changes and they couldn't keep up with the demand. How is this the customer's fault? This is my second *** purchased at this location and believe me, I will never be purchasing a vehicle here, again. The customer is not valued. On 7/18, I took my car to Evergreen Kia for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. The mechanic stated that I need brakes and new tires. When I entered my car to leave, my car was making noises and the brakes were screeching and hard to stop. I called and came back to the shop on 7/19 and spoke with Manager ***** in regards to my car being tampered with. I did not have noises or issues with my car prior to taking my car to Evergreen Kia. Further evidence that my car was tampered with,I brought my car to Evergreen Kia, without any noise, and for a simple oil change, that I am returned my car unsafe and unable to brake. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. The service manager said, "good luck proving we did anything and laughed". Its a joke to them. Meanwhile I am driving an unsafe vehicle.ZERO stars. I regret spending my money here. I was promised free oil changes and everytime I call the service department the person who answers is rude! When you are inquiring about anything you get hung up on mid sentence. Its hard to get an appointment and they talk to you like you arent shit! I went for an oil change and they claim I need $300 worth of work done to preserve the life of my car. I paid them now my car is making rattling noises and I cannot get through the service department. Do NOT spend your hard earned money here EVER!!!!
