THIS IS A BAIT N SWITCH DEALERSHIP THE ADVERTISED PRICES ON CARS ARE FALSE AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS BY WAITING TIL THE END TO ADD EXTRAS ON YOU DO NOT WANT OR NEED THEY SAY YOU HAVE BUY THERE LOJACK SYSTEM, SPECIAL AIR IN THE ***** AND A $700 WINDSHIELD SEALER LIKE RAIN X. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE IT TIL YOUR READY TO MAKE THE DEAL. THERE WEBSITE HAS A DISCLAIMER THAT IS IN A VERY FAINT DISCLAIMER YOU CANNOT SEE UNLESS ITS HORRIBLE. LOCAL ELMHURST FAMILY SOLD IT TO ******* AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THE "OLD SCHOOL CAR SALEMAN SCHOOL" IS ALIVE AND WELL @ ******* ELMHURST BMW. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE THEY ARE TIME WASTERS!!! Worst ************ department! I had an engine replacement. Since the engine replacement because of missing to replace important parts at the time of install having to replace items. Oil light came on 1 week later after engine replacement. They said it was maybe the sensor a year later and another oil change engine oil light will coming on and the service repair manger has resigned. They managers and general manager has yet to fix my car problem or even tried to help or fix the issue they do not care about the consumer I have called Gm *** and *** who is over the service department they have not returned my call and last conversation they suggested I take my truck to another *** dealer after they have damaged my vehicle with inexperienced mechanics. On top of this they are discriminating against me being a woman and African American. My next steps is legal action.

This the worst dealership I ever been at that treat their customers bad and find every excuse to not help them. I did a trade in Aug 2022. I traded in my perfectly good car which was a 2019 Jeep Cherokee for a 2014 Audi Q5. The most craziest thing I could ever do. Now after only 7months of having it, Its having an Oil Consumption leak where its leaking oil bad every **** miles. I asked the salesperson ****** can they possibly fix my vehicle with my warranty I got from them and put me in a loaner for the time. He stated he cant because their mechanics do not know how to fix Audi vehicles. I then asked if my car cannot be fixed under my warranty can I be placed in another vehicle that will keep my payments the same as now. He stated I will have to get a much higher car and put down a big down payment to be able to get out of the bad car they sold me. I then spoke with the ** and he was also no help and said it was nothing they can do for me. This place took my money and sold me a bad car and even if they didnt know about the engine it still should been a better way for them to help me. I will never refer any one here. I hope to get the help I need to get out of this situation Im in.
