            I was go do exchange oil on.my *** sportage 2023 to *** ****** in Schaumburg .on 2/8th/2023 4 days after i notice low oil engine .dipstick was dry .only uner minimum was level.they charge me 100$ for this service and dont fill up oil as shoudby in a correct level..i was call for ****** and they send technician to my home to re fill engine oil ..but another mistake from their site. They pour different oil Not correct one to engine. Instead of OW 20 full synthetic they add 2 quart blend 5W30 ..its can not be like this. Cant mix two different oil in a engine. My car is 2023 ..dont want to do damaged on engine. Memager just repeat all the time that was no.oil becouse maybe leak or something but techician doesnt see anything. Just they doesnt fill.up.oil after draining old one ..4 days after service .was oil under minimum .Now i have to drain all.wrong kind oil and do exchange oil on correct one .preffered by manufacture.but in a different location .not Schauburg **** I dont believe them anymore ..Just what i want is refund money on my card 100$ for last service becouse they dont did service correctly and later put wrong kind of oil and i will go for different location *** ****** .

            Forced you to sign things lying to your face *** trains these guys to legit be total scum bags I didnt think Id ever have to come do this but never ever ever buy a car from *** or any rohrman dealerships they train there employees to manipulate the buying make you sign things you dont need why do I have to get an attorney to buy a car these day wtf has happened to society
