The guys at this dealer are very shady be warned... They are fast talking sales guys who cannot get a story straight. We were going to purchase a GMC for our daughter and had some questions about the car. The check engine light was on so we obviously inquired about it. The initial sales guy told us the gas cap wasn't tightened enough which was a lie. We later learned it was an oxygen sensor needing to be replaced. This was accidentally disclosed to us by the sales manager ***. First lie... After realizing these people were into shady business dealings we left. Upon leaving the dealers buyer called my cell. He assured us this was not common practice and asked us what they could do to make a "deal". When we asked for a 3 month or ***** mile warranty to assure us this was not a lemon we were told the car would be sent back to the mechanics for additional vehicle inspection to determine risk associated with receiving a warranty. Not long after we were told it was "discovered " that there were faulty engine valves that needed repairing. This is not a small issue and should have been found in the initial 120 point inspection they initially preformed. If the lie about the 02 sensor wouldn't have been brought to light we would have driven this car off the lot and soon after had a failed engine. This was on 8/2/2022, as of 8/24/2022 we have no vehicle or ETA on ordered parts or vehicle availability. The employees we have dealt with could care less, and are eager to tell us if we don't want to wait for the parts look elsewhere or at other vehicles on the lot. This is not an honest business, this is not a respectable establishment and the sales manager *** is not a polite person to deal with to say the least. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay far away from *************** dealerships unless you want to buy a lemon or have a huge disappointment.
