      I was a customer for close to 25 years. We left Audi in October, 2023 because their service area is horrible. It use to be so customer friendly but now they don't care about customers satisfaction. We now own Vovo. So sad that this great dealer has gone down the tube in service.

      I had been working on a deal with ******, I signed the deal sheet and put a deposit down on the *** as I was coming from out state to get it. We had also been working with the sale manger to get the final numbers. She calls me back an hour and half later telling me they sold the car to someone else. I sold my car less than 24 hours prior to coming to get the Audi. They tried to offer me other vehicles with less options. They ran my credit for financing which has now put hit on my credit score! I have tried to reach the sales manager he will not return my calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

      I want to apologize that you feel this way. After looking into this situation, there were some lengthy conversations between you and ******, our Audi Brand Specialist. over the course of almost two weeks. While ****** was answering your questions during that time period on warranty, ********** and the final selling price, there were other customers looking at the vehicle. It is my understanding that another customer was in the showroom to purchase the vehicle from another Audi Brand Specialist the morning you were ready to give us a deposit. I am very sorry that this happened and want to apologize again.

      This dealership is full of scammers. I took my car there when the check engine light turned on. I had my car there for a few weeks b/c they could not figure out what was causing the light to turn on and just had me try out different things b/c they were unable to diagnose the problem. I drove my car there but they gave me an undriveable car back saying the car was deficient and I just need to buy a new car from them. Are you kidding me?!? Their advisor ***** was rude and hung up the phone on me when I got upset that I should get a new car since my car was undriveable. I was like I want my car back in the condition I brought it in and they said 'my undriveable' car was not their problem. Their Service ******** **** ******** was so ill mannered. He mimicked me on the phone, talked over me like a child and not a professional. The General ******** ***** left me a rude voicemail, making fun of the fact that I enjoyed just driving around their loaner and not calling them back when in fact he had not called me at all when I escalated the situation. He along with **** and ***** was just as ill-mannered and rude. They don't know how to talk to a woman and were beyond disrespectful. I have never been this disrespected and insulted. This was my first Audi and I will never in my life again buy another Audi b/c of how I was treated. The resolution: I went and took my car to my old mechanic and he fixed the car with the damage from the dealership and it is running like a dream. He said nothing was wrong with the car except the damage the dealership caused. This dealership is full of scammers and their customer service was beyond anything I have ever endured from a luxury car dealership. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you are a minority and a woman.

      This customer came to us after being told by another establishment that her vehicle needed more than they could offer. She had a list of fault codes (clearly created by a mechanic elsewhere) that came with her from another establishment. She wanted our dealership to address the list of fault codes on her list. We did provide her with a loaner vehicle while we diagnosed and repaired her vehicle. We replaced a high pressure fuel pump at no charge to the customer as an attempt to fix one of her issues/faults in the vehicle. It was then our recommendation to replace a set of fuel injectors that she refused to have done. She chose to take her vehicle elsewhere to have that done. She did speak with *****, one of our Service Advisors, and she was very rude and insulting with him on several phone calls. Our Service ******** ***** did speak with her as well, and he got the same insulting verbal abuse from this customer. This customer chose to have the remainder of the work done elsewhere. Her vehicle came to our dealership in a driveable condition, and it left here in the same or better condition. The vehicle was not completely fixed by us, but that was the customer's decision...seemingly wanting to go somewhere else where she might be able to have it done less expensively. The vehicle had several issues, and we fixed a couple of those issues. The customer chose to have someone else fix the remaining issues.
