      I took my car in because my heat was blowing out cold air. After sitting at the dealership for over 5 hours, I was told they needed to replace the actuator and complete coolant flush. They put me in a rental because the part was not in stock. I picked my car up 2 days later the heat was working. After driving the car for 2 days I turned on the air and heat was blowing out . I had no issues with the air working and as of today when I took the car back in I was told Oh' the air condition works but their is more than one actuator and that something is getting stuck so I need to replace the heater box. I took my car in to get heat fixed an now my air does not work and they are telling me I have to pay for the additional work that they messed up. I had no issues with the air not working until they worked on my car.

      I purchased a car on 12/22 I got a Nissan Rogue 2023. Since I got the car It has been having issues with the radio it overheats turns off and there is no sound. I already took it to the dealer back all they do is a update and 30 minutes of driving the same issues starts. The dealer tells me they can't do nothing about the situation I already did about 3-4 claims regarding same issue. I don't know what to do or who can help with this issue. Im paying for a car that is not working 100%. Please if any help can be provided I would really appreciate it.

      Thank you for letting us know that you are still having problems with your radio. On your visit dated 04-10-23, we contacted Nissan Tech Line and opened a case for you. When you returned on 06-14-23, we followed Nissan's instructions (per the Tech Line) to repair the radio problems. We, Al Piemonte Nissan, must follow Nissan's instructions and steps to repair the radio. I know it seems tedious, but in order to handle this properly, we have to follow Nissan's instructions. Please contact ***************************, Service Manager, at ************ to schedule an appointment. We do offer loaner vehicles (pending insurance verification) for your convenience. With a case opened at Nissan Tech Line, we will work diligently to resolve your radio issues. Thank you for your time and understanding.

      I went to get my car service Aug 15. They said it was the throttle body. After picking my car up. I was still having problems. I called same week and let them know. Came the second time and was told what my car was doing was normal. I went to pick it up and my car stopped working and they refused to fix their mess. I wouldnt want them to fix it because they made it worst. Literally was able to drive my car that morning to the dealership only to leave the lot with my car being TOWED off! Like how is that normal. They different did something to my car and made it undrivable. Because we I came to drop it off that morning the service rep told me from the jump without even looking at it that they wont find an issue

      I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I dealt with ******************* AND clearly stated to him for this dealership to NOT run my credit with multiple finance lenders. I was told he would make it clear to his manager not. I drove out to melrose park about an hour or longer and was told over the phone they could put me in a car. I gave ***** my down payment amount and estimate credit score, type of vehicle and possible payment i wanted to pay He said no problem. After sitting around for at least 1-2 hours he tried to put me in something I didn't want/higher down payment and with much aggravation and hesitation to tell me they couldn't work a deal the way he hoped for. Once I left and later looked at my credit report; they had ran my credit 6 different times. I later reached out to ***** and asked why did he do me like this after he confirmed he would not let this happen. he texted back and stated " i told my manager to not run your credit alot of times but maybe he heard me but still did what he wanted to do, i'm sorry that happen." im sooo furious and they should be accountable and release these inquiries from my credit...
