2/25/22 R&M Auto Body I brought my car in for some auto body repair 2/21/22 for a small fender ****** on the rear drivers side rear, and also to have some paint chips on my hood repaired. Ray the owner agreed to do the work for $1200. I received a call 2/24 that the car was ready. When I arrived I noticed the rear door still felt like sand paper and Ray kept apologizing saying he would get it fixed. I came back 2/25 and it still was rough but I needed my car back. After pulling into my garage under lights I noticed there were bubbles all over my entire hood, hair under the clear coat, hair under the clear coat on the rear door, clear coat all over my entire car including my new windshield and back up camera, and the new paint doesn't even match! I brought my car back and Ray took most of the over spray off. I still have "solvent pop" clear coat bubbles all over my beautiful hood, paint on my new windshield and backup camera, hair under the clear coat. I can't even imagine this place is in business. I took it to another body shop and they explained R&M does poor business, and they will need to repair/repaint everything and it would come out to around $1300.00. Ray refused to give me any money back, and after 3 tries he never did fix my car. Now I feel like I've been scammed, and if I sell my car it's going to be worth a lot less money because it looks like someone spray painted my car. I am currently still disputing this with **** and also contacted an attorney on what can be done.
