I got in a car accident and the other party involved in the accident was completely at fault. Their insurance agreed to pay full price for fixing my car. I took my car to B&L automotive on Kedzie in *******. One of the things that they were supposed to fix is to replace the wheel on the back driver side tire. They told me that they charged the other party for it it has not arrived to their store. it has been over four months and they have yet to change my wheel which they did get paid for. every time I have called they either tell me that they have not yet received it , or the last couple of times they have been saying that they will have somebody call me back, they take my information down and they never call me back. I have tried emailing them., calling them, and talking to them but nothing seems to work. To me, it seems like a scam, they got their money for the wheel and they dont care for even responding back to me about changing it. I do not trust them again with my car, especially after filing this complaint. I would like for them to give me the price that they charged the insurance company for the wheel, and I can go replace the wheel elsewhere.
