I'll start with the good. Friendly, good to work with, great with status updates and does good work. Now for bad, from the time they inspected my vehicle to when they could get to it was about 3 weeks as they were fully booked, and I understand that part is out of their hands. My SUV was still road worthy so I'm ok with the 3 week wait. Plus it gave time to get all the parts needed for the repair, which they did get prior to me dropping off my auto. The part that is totally unacceptable is I was informed multiple times after I dropped off my vehicle and they started working on it that they had to send the hood back as it was damaged and not usable, happened consecutive times. Plus there were other items that were damaged they had to send back. This delayed me getting my auto back over two additional weeks. There was no inspection on the parts received prior to them starting the actual work. Not very smart on their part creating a bad customer experience. This is definitely a process improvement moment they need to take seriously as competition is opening a shop right down the road from them. If you are going to choose this shop, enforce that they have inspected received parts prior to dropping off your auto.
