*************************** made a settlement with *** for me. One week ago, I asked where my check was and was told it had been mailed four weeks ago. I checked the tracking they provided, and it had not been sent at all! When I told them this, they said it would be sent this past Monday. Here it is Thursday again and no check!At my business, if we made a mistake, I would correct the problem at once, even if we had to pay for delivery or FexEx.Apparently, **** has never heard of customer service. They found my information on the consumer reports. I had also requested help online concerning the Lemon Law. They infact contacted me. As though they really were interested in helping me. They requested I pay for everything. I refuse. They offed $1200 the 1st time ***** said they only offered $5000. At that time last year. This time he dismissed my case since I refuse to pay out of pocket for trial. Then he called me 2 days later talking about they offered him $16,000 for his legal fees. ***** offered me $700. Out of $16,000. That's his hustle. . However I haven't signed anything. Especially because he says it's non negotiable. So if I don't get nothing neither will he. Terrible company that touts their big bad winning percentage and success rate but doesn't give two damns about their customers. The whole process has been about how much money they can get for themselves, we are taking a huge loss as the customer but at least ********************** & **** can collect all of their fees which btw TRIPLED over night unexpectedly and without without warning right at the end when it was time to collect a check. Total scam artists that care about nothing but themselves, they really fooled us. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN WAYYYYY BETTER OFF WITHOUT THEM, BE WARY OF THEIR SMOOTH TALKING AND EMPTY PROMISES.Review from Mark H

Would not recommend they raise their fee then when I accepted offer told me 60 days because of covid waited60 days then they told me 90 day's because of covid so waited a other 30 days they told me fca fedexed the check so I waited 8 more days then the lawyer told me fca mailed the check finally got it 9 days later honestly believe if I wouldn't have ever gotten it had I not kept bothering them

************ was apprised of our attorney/client agreement prior to his engaging our law firm so we are surprised by the complaint that we raised our fee as that was not done outside the parameters of our agreement. In addition, ************ was informed of each and every settlement offer and what our fees would be and accepted the final offer made by FCA knowing he was under no obligation to accept the offer if he so choose. As for the length of time it took to receive his check, unfortunately, like many industries, COVID has had an impact on the timeliness of automobile manufacturer's ability to pay. However, we kept ************ fully updated as to the status of receiving payment. Our law firm has been in business for over 25 years, we have represented over ****** consumers across the country and we have an A+ rating with the BBB none of which would happen if we didn't live up to our attorney/client agreement and/or send our clients the funds that were settled upon. We are truly sorry that it took so long for ************ to receive his check but our law firm didn't get paid any sooner than he did and it was a situation that was completely out of our control.Review from Scott S.

This is the second time I have used this ******************************************* I can honestly say they care about their clients and want the best outcome possible.
