I chose to have Mosa Elmosa as my lawyer as he speaks my native language, Arabic. When I got a consultation and signed the contract, I trusted him. Originally I needed protection as my husband fled to *****. Unfortunately, all I received was a hard time and he made me sign a contract that was not legal and fed me lies. He basically took full advantage of my language barrier and saw it as an opportunity to scam me. My husband eventually came back from ***** and I decided to just settle with my husband and Mosa Elmosa got angry that I came to this decision and started screaming at me, yelling at me, insulting me, and calling me mentally ill for doing that. I decided to fire him as he was not only not doing his job and making me sign inaccurate things but also shouting at me and insulting me. He was supposed to refund the remaining money from the money I had placed as a down payment but until today he refuses to give me my remaining money back. I had paid him $3,500 which is a big loss for me. I had kindly and professionally asked him multiple times to be fair and just and give me my remaining money back but he has not answered me back but rather asked me for more money from me by sending me a email with a document of an additional estimated $424 in expenses that do not exist. I demand my money back and I have had enough. Additionally he failed to provide me with his work email and would only go through his personal email even with replies even after I found out his work email and was sending the emails there. This is unfair and unjust. I have not received my remaining money back until today and have been scammed by this lawyer.
