            Weve applied for an apartment on May 10th 2022 at this apartment complex. They charged us $120 for two applicants in application fee. And then they charged us $300 administration fee. So that day we paid $420 total. They denied us. And said that $300 in administration fees is refundable and theyll send a check. Today is July 14th 2022. Weve contracted them several times and all we hear is their lies manager is not here, shell get back to you - she never gets back to us of house. Or well be sending you out a check which they never do either since its been more than two month. I just want my $300 back. Because its insane to pay over $400 just to try and apply for an apartment and yet get denied. So please Im seeking for help from BBB to help me possibly resolve this issue. Thank you. PS. I only have a charge to my bank account. They never sent me a receipt that explained what I paid for and etc. please let me know if youll need anything from me.

            Was told to pay application fee and the got an email saying to pay admin fee of ****** we were then dined and now I'm fighting to get my money back. And they say no one has ever paid application fee before being approved. And I told them not to send check to current address and they have no control over that. Asked for corporates number and the number they gave give a constant busy tone.
