I rented with them on 12/14/2023. I returned my keys 12/23/2023 due to a ***** infestation inside the unit 1015-005. They tried to say we brought them in even though one was seen PRIOR to moving our things in and then when we continued to see them we left on 12/16 and did not stay there anymore. The manager ***** stated if we wanted to leave we could and they would let us out of our lease but when we wanted to leave it was such a big deal they then tried to charge us a fee to move out. It took over 3 weeks to get my deposit back even though they moved somebody into a ***** infested apartment less then a week after we returned the keys to them.Review from Micheal Q

Hunters Ridge Apartment Complex issued a check for my Security Deposit, which cannot be cashed and refuses to issue another check. Also when I along with my mother called to speak with *********************************** was extremely rude , she raised her voice refused to talk about the matter and then hung up the phone on my mom while she was talking. I called back a few times and she refused to answer her phone. I simply want my deposit and they. Pups very well reissue the check but refuse. I will have to get my family member who is an attorney handle this.
