We recently received a cold call from this company. At first I was going to just hang up and be done. The salesman was quick enough with a joke that made me laugh out loud, so I listened to him talk for a minute or so. At that point he had my attention. Asking me to help support safe driving and to inform his listeners about the dangers of unsafe driving. How could I say know to helping. Its a great cause to be apart of and there was no pressure from him at all. Great communication and straight to the point. 10 minutes on the phone, asked him to bill me cause I wasnt going to just hand over the CC# on a cold call. Billing department called me a couple days later and by now I have researched the company found them to be in fact a media company so I paid them for the service I agreed to. With that the customer service representative told me they were going to run my add four times a day versus the 2 I was paying for. Overall I am happy to have listened to the sales person who called and I cant wait to hear the ad air. So far so good on the quality of service and I hope this will help someone make an informed choice to do business with this company.
