I am reaching out to express my profound dissatisfaction with a set of Pirelli Scorpion Strada tires that I purchased for my 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350, which currently has 84,424 miles on the odometer. On June 8, 2022, with my vehicle at 64,473 miles, I chose Pirelli for their reputation of quality and the confidence instilled by the 65,000-mile warranty that accompanied the Scorpion Strada tires. This warranty significantly influenced my decision to purchase, under the presumption that it reflected the durability and longevity of the tires. Regrettably, it has become apparent that the tires have not lived up to these expectations. A recent measurement indicates that the tire tread depth is down to 5/32”, which necessitates their replacement, despite having only covered approximately 20,000 miles since the purchase date. This premature wear is exceedingly below the standard promised by the warranty and frankly, is unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted the Pirelli brand to deliver a product that would perform to the advertised standards. The current situation has not only led to disappointment but has also forced me to consider additional, unplanned financial outlays to maintain my vehicle's safety. In light of this, I am seeking a resolution from Pirelli Tires that acknowledges the premature wear of the Scorpion Strada tires and the warranty that accompanied them. I believe an appropriate resolution would include one of the following options: 1. A pro-rated refund equivalent to the value of the 45,000 miles (65,000-mile warranty minus the 20,000 miles driven) of expected wear that was not realized. 2. A no-cost replacement with a new set of tires that will fulfill the mileage promised by the original warranty. I have chosen to reach out to you directly, prior to escalating my complaint through additional consumer protection avenues, with the hope that Pirelli will demonstrate the commitment to customer satisfaction that I believed was integral to your brand.

2024 Mustang dark horse has the new trefero rs tire 3100 miles had tread separation on one of the rear tires, mind you still not to the wear bar. I was told normal tire wear and needed to be replaced 1200 bucks is what the quote is... I've never had good luck with this brand of tire and will never purchase from Perelli. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND IT WILL COST YOU MORE TIME THEN ITS WORTH!!

THEY ARE LIARS !!! THE QUALITY OF TIRES IS DISGUSTING ! THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR WARRANTIES ! It Looks like Pirelli allowed to dealer to violate and change their warranties! I bought tires designed for 75,000, but I only drove 32,000 and the tires are completely worn out, despite the fact that I did rotation and balance on time. Now I can't even return them !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Paid approx $2200 CDN to have 4 Pirelli scorpion verde installed. Achieved only 34000 kms (21000miles) on these tires. Customer service could not care less about that. Will never buy Pirelli again!

I bought a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica that came with Pirelli P- Zero tires that have the seal inside technology . I was told that I wouldn’t have to worry about getting a nail in the tire because with this new technology it would seal it until I could get to a safe place to remove it and it would seal the hole and I wouldn’t have to replace the tire. That is so wrong. I have owned my vehicle for 6 months and got a small screw in my tire. The local tire dealer removed it checked the tire and said it was sealed. I drove 10.4 miles home without any issues but 20 minutes after arriving at home my tire was down from 36 psi to 16 psi. I called the tire dealer and they said due to the technology they could not patch the tire. It would be an easy patch if there wasn’t the gel. I called Pirelli and was told there is not a road hazard warranty with the tires and it would need to be replaced. To replace with the same tire I would have to wait THREE days and pay $307.56. NO THANK YOU. So if you buy these tires if you get a puncture you WILL have to REPLACE the tire. It cost me $523 for two tires when it would’ve cost me $27.50 for the repair with any other tire. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE.

They lie about their run flat warranty. They tell you to go through one of their authorized dealers but authorized dealers won’t replace your tire unless you purchase a warranty with them. Never buying their tires again.

I’d give minus stars if I could. It Was recommended to me to put these Pirelli P7 Centuratos on my GS 350 Lexus. They told me these were amazing tires! These tires are the worst tires I have ever had. They went just over 24,000 miles for a 70,000 mile warranty and they tell me now that all four tires are shot. I Talked to the company’s customer service and asked for a manager after cutting through all of their excuses. A “supposed manager” called back. Very unprofessional and will not stand behind their product. These are horrible tires! Terrible quality! DO NOT recommend. Will NEVER purchase Pirelli tires again.

On July 11 2023 after consulting with my service rep from the dealership where I bought my car, I purchased a set of four Pirelli P7 Centuratos as replacements for the ***********s that came on my vehicle when purchased new. Bought Pirellis at the suggestion of my service rep and after doing research on the tire online that indicated the P7 tire had a thirty day return. After getting my car back from the dealer and driving with the P7 tire, I absolutely did not like the drive of the P7 tire. Was one of the worst tires I have ever driven on. Previously had numerous sets of Pirelli Scorpions on an suv that I was quite happy with. These P7 tires were horrible. I called my service rep at the dealer to return the Pirelli P7 tires the following day and have a set of the *********** tires that came with the car put on as I was happy with that tire. The dealer called back saying Pirelli would not honor the return of the P7 tire as it was not under the 30 day return warranty. Both the dealer tire service rep and myself contacted Pirelli several times. I contacted Pirelli customer service by phone and email numerous times and was stonewalled. There was no attempt to remedy the situation at all. Pirelli just kept referring back to their deficient warranty that they are using to rip off customers who are purchasing Pirelli tires in good faith. Pirelli gave the same lame response seen here in numerous complaints to the BBB. Seems Pirelli is intentionally engaging in deceptive or at the least negligent warranty practices. I paid to have the P7 tire removed on July 14, 2023. Bought the *********** tires. Am now out $889.40 for the P7 tires plus the installation and subsequent removal cost. Have repeatedly asked the dealer and Pirelli to honor the 30 day return refund and been stonewalled. The tires are now taking up space in my garage and am out over $1k due to Pirelli's bad faith and horrible customer service. Will never purchase Pirelli again and suggest stay away from Pirelli.

Their run flat tires are terrible. I have their replacements on my BMW and have put about 2000 miles on the new tires and 1/3 of the tread is already gone. I called the company's customer service department to see what kind of wear warranty they offer with their run flat tires, and their is no wear warranty at all. I will certainly not buy from this company again.
