            Purchase a new set of Clarity Cordless Phones Model D704 (base) plus 3 additional handsets (****** from ******* on July 9, 2023. The phones come with a full 1 year warranty. I contacted customer service and they were gracious to troubleshoot my problem as one phone was beeping. They indicated possible battery problem or phone was out of range. I changed batteries and moved the cordless phone closer to the base, same problem. At a minimum, since the phones are covered by a full one year warranty, the company should send me replacement phones or at least one phone (the one that is beeping) to see if the problem is corrected. The company did not even want to send me replacement batteries to test the problem. I did provide proof of purchase but I am unable to attach below given file size constraints which I am unable to reduce. However, I did manage to attach my correspondence e-mails with the company as well as their warranty policy. I did e-mail the proof of purchase to the company.
