Good evening, I went to one of the Zaxbys establishments yesterday 3/1/22 at 3:10pm to order myself & my boyfriend some food. I ordered a number 3 (boneless wings and things meal) I wanted my tenders tossed in sweet & spicy along with my wings. I also ordered a number 1 (Big Zax Snack meal) with my tenders tossed in tongue torch & a extra tongue torch on the side both with no drinks. She didn™t repeat my order back to me. I got to the window & the young lady got my card & gave it to me along with my order. I added a extra sweet & spicy and a tongue torch sauce at the window. She gave me a Zax sauce. I pulled off got to my boyfriends job & gave him his food, it was wrong. His tenders werent tossed and he had Zax sauce in his box instead of tongue torch. I went back to get him another one, it took them 15 minutes after me calling inside for them to bring me extra sauce. I arrived home shortly after ( I don™t stay far from Zaxbys, at least 3 minutes & he was at the *****™s across the street) made it home & I opened my box, I had bone-in wings, my tenders were disgusting & my fries were old and hard, and my toast was burnt. He said his toast was burnt and his French fries were old and hard as well. I hardly ate my food. Because how hard is it for an order to be correct and/or fresh. I really would like a refund from that store. Because my food is sitting in my kitchen uneaten. I could™ve went to *********** or anywhere else but I didn'tI understand it™s hard working at a fast-pace, I work at *****s. But it's never hard for the order to be proficient. "Indyia S"is the name on my food receipt and the name on the other one for my sauces is " Bailey F" The location is ** *** ** **** ******** ** ***** I also paid with card & my order was $17.42 check number 44. I would love to proceed with a refund or something in regards to this because this isnt the first time. The first time I filed a complaint using there website on the receipt and I was told to do so again, no response!
