This place needs to be closed. The employees are normally nice and polite, but as someone who spent a majority of my life traveling for a living... I've never received consistently terrible and unbelievably bad service elsewhere. Are usually don't have the option of driving somewhere else or going home to eat... And this is sometimes my only option. Over the last eight months I've documented dozens of visits here, that have gone so unbelievably badly... I can hardly believe it myself. in the last 24 hours I've tried to eat here three times. Spent more than an hour in their parking lot... And have been unsuccessful at receiving any food whatsoever. The first two times were during the day, not even during peak hours. About two in the afternoon and about eight in the evening. Every time I've come here over the last year the line has been around the building and each car takes an average of 7 to 12 minutes. now I drive here at 2:30 AM desperate for something to eat because they're the only place open... And they tell me they're going to be closed until 4:30 AM for no reason whatsoever. Refuse to give me a reason, there are plenty of employees here, they are just deciding not to serve food. antics like this are a very common occurrence, and I've never been here and had a normal fast food drive-through experience. Never in the last year have I had a good experience here. they obviously aren't capable of fixing the issues so they just need to close down. I've watched several... SEVERAL fights and arguments break out in the parking lot and drive through between customers who are aggravated and furious that they are stuck in a line waiting for easily 15 to 45 minutes. both of my visits earlier today were extremely long weights. One time they were 12 cars in front of me and the other times 14. The first weight was 23 minutes, and the second was 35. That's pretty ridiculous just to get a large Coke through the drive-through. Isn't it? I mean 35 minutes? and that is standard operating procedure at this establishment. like I said, I've spent the last 20 years as a traveling businessman. Spent a few hundred nights in some of the nicest and some of the worst hotels our country has to offer. Eating everything from nice fancy meals to cheap terrible fast food. And this has consistently been the worst service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Every... Single... Time... I apologize if my submission is lacking in grammar and spelling. I've used my voice to text app, and I'm honestly so livid that I'm having to report this place yet again... That I just didn't proofread it too well. My apologies
