              I would like to express my dissatisfaction with AVM Enterprises as it relates to their customer service. I was given a date for my product to be delivered and did not receive proper updates regarding said delivery. Due to that, I had to order the product from *****************. I received the product from ***************** before AVM delivered theirs. I returned the AVM product and had to not only pay for having it returned, but also the delivery charge for AVM's late product.

              I would advise anyone who is ordering from AVM, please be aware of the lack of communication as it relates to their customer service. In addition to that, I was charged the full amount for the product and had to call for a refund.

              We are sorry that you feel this way. However you ordered the your product on our website. At no time did you call and cancel your order. Therefore we processed your order. We allowed you to return the product without re-stocking fees and you were only charged the freight to originally deliver the product. In future if you are ordering from somewhere else you need to cancel your order so we will not process it.
