      I am deeply disappointed with the service and conduct of Agent W**** at Reliance Partners. My experience has been fraught with unprofessionalism, unethical behavior, and actions seemingly aimed at harming my business. Unauthorized Communication with Motor Carriers: Without my consent, Agent W**** contacted my motor carriers to inform them that my insurance was being canceled. This interference with my business relationships is both unethical and damaging. Lack of Communication and Transparency: While still serving as my agent, Agent W**** refused to communicate with me about renewing or purchasing a new policy. Despite my repeated requests, he did not confirm his status as my agent, leaving me with insufficient time to renew my policy. Disclosing Confidential Information: Agent W**** contacted another insurance agent and claimed my insurance was being canceled for nonpayment. This breach of confidentiality has damaged my reputation and made it difficult for me to secure new coverage. These actions are unacceptable from a professional insurance agent. In a letter to Reliance Partners, I expressed my concerns about Agent W***** conduct, highlighting his failure to act in my best interest. Despite this, Reliance Partners has not addressed the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Reliance Partners or Agent W**** to be cautious. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others who value ethical and reliable service.

      Ms. Smith,

      I am in receipt of your BBB complaint and also your Google 1 Star Review from this past weekend that has the same information in it. It is not in our business practice to do any of the things you are referring to in either complaint. In my conversation with Agent W****, he emphatically denies these allegations.

      You mention in the above complaint, Reliance Partners has not addressed the situation. I need to remind you, you and I had a phone conversation on 08/20/2024 about all of this. I provided you with a solution to keep your insurance in place and prevent your policy from cancelling therefore preventing you from having to do a new policy with Agent W**** or any other agency. I explained to you over the phone and in my follow up email from that conversation, I had gotten the insurance company to accept this resolution as this was the best solution for you and your business. Unfortunately, you did not follow through with the recommendations I provided to you.  

      I will be happy to discuss this again with you, but unfortunately I cannot offer the same solution to you that I did previously, as that opportunity closed with the insuring company. You can reach me directly at *************

      horrible CS, horrible rules and regulations . Soo regret taking the low rate they offered . Could have gone with anyone else for a bit more , but it would have been well worthed. Hopefully this review helps others avoid the headache . They will put you out of business. It takes them more than a week to add new trucks or trailer to the policy. If you are ever to remove truck or trailer ,it will take more than 3 months to stop paying for that removed equipment. We are over 110 days since removing equipment and still making payments for it and waiting for them to balance things out. All together we added and removed 3 trucks and 2 trailers in the span of 1 month and now over their promised 90 days return on that is way passed . We continue to be asked to make payments for 9 trucks and 9 trailer even though we only have 4 trucks and 5 trailer for over 90 days . Imagine paying over 6000$ every month for equipment removed months ago and still waiting for them to fix and balance or send check or anything really...... nope . still waiting 111 days now

      Well to start off, everything went perfect, response time was there, help was there, overall great customer support all the way up until they close you on the insurance. Once they close you, rarely any help or answers after that. I had a sub unit which got into an accident which I provided papers from Penske that showed that the sub unit replaced the original unit due to mechanical issues, our claim was denied even though we provided all the paperwork, our rep was no help at all. Cool, lets move on, they decide to send us a bill for this sub unit now, even though they didn’t cover a single thing. We explained to them once again, hey you guys didn’t cover anything but are now billing the unit. They put our policy on cancellation due to this and after providing documents they were supposed to reinstate the cancellation and lift it, but here we are today still no reinstatement and our policy is set to cancel tomorrow, mind you they had 3 weeks to lift the cancellation. Just be aware after they close your policy, claims will get denied, claims will have issues(we are dealing with one now), they will send charges here and there without a reason, and what ticked us off was this cancellation, we were told it would be lifted but here we are, losing customers and unable to book loads. BE AWARE

      During our annual insurance renewal process our broker, Hailey S***** did not provide our account the proper attention. There were many errors including submitting the incorrect company information and equipment for quote which resulted in a delay in insurance coverage. As a result we were unable to operate for 7 days after the new policy effective date due what seemed like procrastination and lack of interest she showed to our account. We submit a new driver information for qualification and received an acceptance email. Based on this email, we paid the required premium ($2,160) to add driver to our coverage. A day or two later we we’re informed that the driver did not meet qualifications and was being disqualified based on his age. We weren’t provided new guidelines or rules for new driver qualification by our broker. Initially we were told by our account manager that a reimbursement would be issued and now we are being told that it will be applied to the finance amount. We are a small trucking company that is on the verge of closing its doors due to high diesel prices, low load rates and driver issues. This mishap has caused a major financial hardship for us which could have been 100% preventable had we received the new policy guidelines. We have been going back and forth with customer service and billing department to get a reimbursement but with no resolve. They are blaming us for failing to read the driver qualification process but we were not provided the guidelines. We have requested several times and to date we have not received. We have emails, texts and documentation supporting these issues. We would not recommend this company to anyone because they do not hold themselves or their employees accountable. We are the ones left to pay the price for their mistakes. It’s easy for them to say, no big deal, we’ll just apply the amount to finance note meanwhile we are out a down payment and would have to pay another down payment to add another unit.
