    Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals is displaying the BBB Logo on their web page. This company is not an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB has sent a letter to the company, requesting they remove the logo from their web page. The use of BBB affiliation and logo without permission constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of the trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. Moreover, the misuse of the registered name constitutes false and deceptive advertising.

      Zero Stars. BOTH beds had been slept in. This business does not think that makes the beds dirty. We slept on the floor downstairs the 1st night. We drove 40 miles the next day to buy an air mattress to sleep on.The Jacuzzi had standing water and a nasty grimy ring. The downstairs shower was even worse. These need chemicals not just a splash of water. The upstairs shower was broken and unusable. The pool table is very un level and u cannot play pool. The love seat had dog hair and many other forms of debris on it including twigs. The office staff are hateful and condescending. The owner Tammie who could not be reached when they finally opened on Monday. They are closed on the weekends. She is a lair and she has cost us our vacation time and $1209.00. She lied in her response to my **** review. She was accusing to us and made false statements. We did nothing wrong but she made us out to be villains since we dared to say we would leave a review that makes it clear she did not hold up her end of the contract Oh and the filth. She even made excuses about the hot tub and I am not even the one who made that comment. It was another dissatisfied guest. I told her that.. The cabin was no nasty we would have never assumed that the hot tub had been serviced. If u read her comment about the tub being turned off by one of the guest you will see very clearly the hot tub was not serviced between guest. She was very defensive and aggressive. She had the nerve to play the victim saying she felt like she was held hostage by us. WE were the ones held hostage in a filthy cabin we paid $1209.00 for 67 hrs. We were hostages until we decided to heck with this an made a break for it.. They are closed on the weekends and then want to blame guest for not contacting them. We left on Sunday morning a day early and went to another cabin in Helen. We had not had any sleep in 2 days. Worst experience we have ever had and we will do what we can to see to it others do not become a victim too

      Oh Rhonda...and this makes three. I'll just post the same response that I have with the last 2 social media outlets that you have posted on. Our goal is to always have happy guests and we always do our best to make this happen. Our company is open 24/7/365 with multiple ways to get in touch with us, including phone, texting app, and emails. We also understand that not everyone is capable of using these forms of communication and we apologize if you we unable to reach a team member. Here is our last response to your negative reviews of your stay At Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals, we take every comment or negative feedback seriously, but let it be mentioned that we do not react, rather we respond, especially to threats and serious accusations such as these. When we received your demand letter with a one-hour time limit to get back to you or you would reach out to at least 10 different media outlets to report us, it felt more like a hostage situation than a discussion on how to resolve this matter. To say that things seem a bit "fishy" at your end would be an understatement, especially after we had the cleaning supervisor, the cleaner, and the owner of the company go out to the cabin to see what was going on. We also took pictures, as well as made some videos of the condition that the cabin was left in after your departure. We don't feel it's necessary to go into gross details in a public arena, so we will just leave it at that. We will say that most of the comments about what you found were completely false. Everything was in perfect working order and since you didn't sleep in any of the beds, we were able to see that indeed the sheets were wrinkled, but absolutely no dirt was noted, this can easily happen if they were folded up and put in the closet for some time. The hot tub had been turned off by someone so the water had not been circulating, although it was still clean with no debris at the bottom or on any of the seats. We videoed rolling the balls around the pool table to see if they listed to one side, they stopped dead every single time. Is it possible that there were a few dirty glasses or a dish that had been missed? Absolutely, and we take full responsibility for that, but beyond the dinnerware, the cabin was perfectly fine. We truly are at a complete loss as to why someone would make such accusations and never reach out to the property manager during their stay to try to get them resolved. It would have taken him just a few minutes to explain how the washing machine worked and how to turn the hot tub back on, both are super easy fixes. He could have explained that this was a back-to-back check in and a small amount of clean standing water in a huge garden tub shows that the cleaner did indeed clean it...your picture clearly shows this. All of the pictures that you sent us either helped to substantiate what we found (nothing) or were so blurry we couldn't make out what you were trying to send us. Rhonda, we absolutely hate when a guest has a bad experience at one of our properties and if this truly was your experience, we do apologize, but unfortunately waiting until your stay is completed, never contacting anyone in the company during your stay and then demanding all your money back and threatening us with poor reviews is not how we operate.
