Working with ******** and his team was an excellent experience. From the beginning through the whole process everything ran very smoothly and as expected no surprises. Outstanding customer service, excellent communication and attention to detail. Crew was experienced, high quality, fast and respectful of property. All majority work was done in a day, complete tear off, installation and cleanup. Honestly felt like they were doing their own home. My experience working with Alpha Blue Construction on my roof and gutter replacement was exceptional. They made the process seamless and the quality of work was excellent. I was particularly impressed by how quickly the job was completed and the cleanup afterwards. The professionalism of the Alpha Blue team was superior. Alpha Blue Construction roofed our home in March of 2023. We have been blown away with them from start to finish. They have been nothing but professional for the entire process. The roof itself is wonderful but the help getting through the process from the initial inspection to the finish has been what has been most impressive and appreciated. The process could not have been any easier due to the help and professionalism. Great group of people! Actually walked me through the insurance filing process. Kept me up to date on the whole process. Showed up on time and were able to remove the old roofing and replace with the new roofing all in one day! This included the clean up and removal of all the trash. I was very pleased with the service and work done by Alpha Blue Construction Company when they put the new roof on my home in fall, 2022. Homes in my neigborhood had been damaged by storm in May, 2022. My home was about the 5th one the neighorhood to be reroofed. The polite company representatives met with and showed me drone pictures of the roof damage. I was told that the entire job would be completed in a day and that they had a large crew of skilled workers that they "took care of." I found that to be a true statement. They arrived early on the agreed upon date, worked quietly and quickly, and cleaned up carefully when finished - all in one day. When a small piece of the new guttering fell after a bad windstorm, 2 men quickly came to repair it. I found the drone presentation very enlightening. I was referred by a friend to call Alpha Blue Construction to get my roof replaced. Im so thankful I made the call. **************** helped me through my entire process and made it so simple for me. In August of 2016 this company came through my neighborhood claiming we all had hail damage and could get a new roof. I signed paperwork and the work was done while I was in NY. I am not trying to sell my home and they did not do hardly anything in the claim they filed with my insurance agency. I have tried to call and email and they will not return my call. I feel like there should be a warranty on the roof. I am not having to pay out of pocket to fix the rotted pieces of the roof. They never changed what was under the tiles, they just put new ones over it and my roof was 25 years old! Roofing company confirmed today that they never replaced half of the stuff in the claim and put the original stuff back up. **************** was contacted regarding this review. The insurance company's paperwork was explained and the issue was resolved 6 months ago.
- Insurance companies do not cover rotten wood due to the fact it is considered long term neglect, and not storm related damage. However as a company we cover any rotten sheathing found at the time of roof replacement. 4 sheets of wood decking were replaced in 2016 when this job was completed. Receipts and invoices were provided to ****************. We have no control nor could we predict any wood that *** have rotted out in the 6 years after this roof was completed..
- Upon speaking with ****************** explained the insurance paperwork stated "detach and reset" soffit and fascia in order to replace the siding on her home. It does not say "remove and replace" all of the soffit and fascia. The contractor she had do the repair was mistaken in stating "we did not complete" half the work. All the work paid for by the insurnance company was completed along with additional work.

Rotten wood sheathing replaced
New shutters installed
Though this job was over 5 years out of warranty, a check for $1000 was given to **************** to cover any expenses she *** have inquired. We completed work in her neighborhood for over 47 of her neighbors that year.
- The fact that this review was even permitted without being researched for validity is concerning to say the least.
