    We purchased a spa which was installed in March 2021. We paid over $16,000 for the spa plus another $4000 plus for modifications to our deck and electrical work. They were to provide maintenance service which is critical since this is a vacation home. They failed to maintain the spa on the schedule agreed and the water turned green and cloudy. We repeatedly emailed and call to have the problem addressed. They claim they came out and cleaned the spa such that this would not happen again. It continued to occur, including within 3 days of a service visit. We have emailed them and called numerous times with few responses claiming they will take care of it. On our most recent time at our home the spa water was cloudy and green again. I emailed repeatedly for help with no response. I asked that they take the spa back and refund my money with no response. The only response I received was a call from the owner saying they will not maintain because I posted a truthful negative review on Yelp.

    Truly poor service unreliable, which we tolerated as everyone struggles with labor shortages, but December, 2023.. last straw. Hot tub water turned green and unusable 3 weeks after a service call.
