Started off strong. But overall fell short. Would not recommend. Siding and gutter installation.Lack of communication was one of the more frustrating aspects. Having to continuously ask about updates. Even being completely ignored when they installed the wrong trim on the window. Which to led to 2 different excuses. One being they didn't have the right color. The other being they were matching a window. Even though every other window had trim the matched the siding (slate.)Another issue was the timeline. Was originally told a week. But because an error on communication between the salesman and project manager, they didn't have enough materials to complete the job. Leaving random materials in my yard, and a dumpster in the driveway for over a month.Lastly, the quality started strong, but seemed rush towards the end. Lots of caulk on trim and windows because they squeezed it in at the end of the week with the last day seeming time crunched. All because they were in the middle of another job.Salesperson did a great job at selling their business. But there was a lack of execution.I am currently waiting for them to fix them trim with no eta of finish as well as some other punch list items after it being over a month already. As well as a disagreement about some damage done to a brand new roof that they refuse to take ownership of.Switched project managers at the end of the job because the original (*****) was unresponsive to any communications I would assume.

We absolutely love our new patio door. The quality and workmanship is what we have come to know from TruGuard. They make sure the job is done right and to the customers satisfaction. I can't say enough about the gentleman who did the installation -they did a perfect job. As with the other projects True Guard has done for us -from start to finish -everyone involved truly show they are a company that cares -like family.

We changed out our ************ to a walk-in shower. The new walk-in shower looks good. Everyone we worked with was nice and professional.

Professional thorough. Very hard-working crew. Excellent quality material. I love my windows and can tell a huge difference. I will hire them again.

Oh we just love the work that they did and how nice everybody was. They left for the day they would leave nice and cleaned up and then have to redo it the next morning and they did such a great job. I just love it. It matches what I wanted to have. It's absolutely Great! We give 10 Stars.*****************************

The crew did a good professional job very very impressed

We had our siding replaced with *********************** siding. The crew, including the project manager, ***, did a great job. *** was very responsive and continued to keep us up to date with progress. We had some miscommunication with the scope of work, but *** was able to help clear it up for us and finish the job. Thank you!
