    *********************************** has let us down from a business standpoint, attacked my character and slandered my name with inappropriate comments made via text message. This is our 2nd time using ****** the 1st time in 2015 was a positive experience. This year we cannot say the same. When selling our home he forgot to tell us about the appraisal until moments before the person was at our house and did not make it to closing due to family issues. We understood these mistakes as things happen. The real issues came in during the purchase of our new construction home with a Builder that ****** worked directly with and recommended. From the beginning he "forgot" to send our copy of the contract to us and then told us we "needed to stay on top of him" to remember things. He was available to talk but often only between 9&10pm. Due to this odd availability we lost out on a better interest rate because he didn't communicate with the loan officer in time. At closing ****** and the Builder sat in the room with us and had an inappropriate conversation about women with no regard to professionalism or how this would make me feel. We moved into our newly built home 3 weeks ago and immediately uncovered issues. We contacted ****** as we were told to do and he got increasingly frustrated often relaying incorrect information back to the builder. This week in a phone conversation tempers flared as my frustration peaked and I raised my voice. ****** yelled at me and hung up. He then wrote a long text message to my husband and me slandering my "upbringing" calling me "uncouth" and claiming I should never "speak to my elders" this way. He chose not to rectify his inappropriate behavior stating that once we "gather our composure and manners" we could call him back. ****** has only offered a half-hearted apology after I called him back to apologize for my temper. We feel he often misrepresented what we said when he relayed info back to our loan officer and builder and was not always professional.

    This is an unfortunate commentary. The young lady fails to mention that the day before this slanderous review that I requested the builder schedule an appointment with her and her husband to review their concerns. Via our joint text with the builder the appointment was accomplished the next day. The builder replaced 4 shingles on the roof. Builder had land grader in attendance to review her alleged grading and drainage issues. This part of the Charlotte ***** area had multiple days of extensive heavy downpours of rain. The young lady buyer admitted to the builder yesterday she had forgotten from our home orientation why the downspouts were attached to piping hose and for the purpose of them being buried in her yard. This is a standard feature for added quality care drainage completed by the builder to move rain water away from the house. She ask the grader to cap the end of the buried drainage pipe. The grader had to explain capping the drainage was not an option. The rain water from the roof traveling through the ******************** throughout the buried pipe must be able to escape / drain. This is the young couple who she and her husband during the meeting yesterday with the builder, grader and his employee reference me over 2 dozen time with the F*ck word. After her and her husbands F*CK bomb expose yesterday - I find it amusing that young lady mentioned inappropriate comments by myself and the builder toward women especially after they both used the F*CK word so fluently to describe me. I was raised by a single divorced mother. Worked my entire life in the real estate industry with my mother. I have a wonderful wife and daughter. I own and operate a non-profit scholarship organization that benefits women only. My wife, ************ raise scholarship funding for women only. Speaking in any fashion derogatorily toward women is just a forest of an allegation from this young lady. The young lady is correct - I did disconnect from the phone conversation after she verbally desecrated my wife (REALTOR), her lender, her builder and myself. She admits she has anger issues above in her allegations written above. She is disrespectful to her husband. She made multiple derogatory comments about her husbands mom. She stated having to live with his mom after selling her home prior to the finish their new home they were purchasing would be and has been horrible. She also reiterated that I had misrepresented information back to her loan officer. ******** are the only folk that can provide information to their lender (its called privacy). The only person that can lock in their loan rate is the borrower. When the borrower fails to return phone calls to their lender until the next day. Interest relates are subject to change. The buyers lender did contact me the following day to let me know that she had locked their rate the next day day. ****** stated the rate had moved up due to the young ladys failure to contact her the day before. Lender warranted me that the young lady may contact me. ****** stated the young lady was a bit nasty with her about the rate moving up. Lady buyers failure to return her lenders call and the rate move up was detrimental. I thank the young lady for the kudos in their first purchase of a home that had water issues that we all made sure were addressed prior to closing their first purchase.Unfortunately, when youre in a business that provides a service if something tends to go sideways, its always the person trying to guide their client through, their purchase that will always be blamed for things that goes sideways.Unfortunately, we live in a day and time where people fail to take responsibility for their persona / actions. This young lady and her husband made a fabulous profit on their home as they should. They purchased a beautiful new home that appraised for more than they paid for it. They moved in with equity. I would not ever represent this young lady ever again in regards to any further real estate endeavors due to her self admitted angry issues.I wish for this young lady that she can find peace within her life. To her husband, I hope they can enjoy their new home.
