This is the worst experience weve ever had with a business. Two days after signing the lease, we were notified by our company that the move date was postponed due to covid. We promptly notified the community, and were given two lease break options by *******. Two months and two rental payments later, we were notified by ***** that ******* gave us the wrong information. ******* did not respond to email or reach out with an apology for the mistake. After dealing with ***** and with the corporate office for several weeks, we were told no concessions would be made for the companys mistake, and the original option we agreed to with ******* would not be honored. We have since been given a new moving date by our company, but due to this experience we will not be signing another lease here, and we are recommending the same to our colleagues that are also moving to the area. Its not the townhomes fault that our moving date was pushed back, but the miscommunications and lack thereof has been outstanding.
