DO NOT USE PRICE BROTHERS, especially for a Lennar warranty call, they won't even take you seriously. Price Brothers came out to asses a shower leak, enough water that it came through the ceiling below. We were told it was due to a grout crack- the homeowners responsibility and not covered by warranty. We had a licensed master plumber and mold remediation specialist come out for a second opinion. The issue was very clearly the drain, and the moisture readings showed an alarming amount of water in our ceiling. When I informed Price Brothers of this, they refused my service to come double check.

Price Brothers Inc has always valued our relationships with our builder & homeowner customers over the past 43 years we have been in business. Our intention is to do the right thing for our customers, and that includes proper follow-through with any customer concerns. In response to this comment we must say that we acknowledged the need for a site visit to investigate, and our crew supervisor did a thorough job of inspecting for the source of the water leak. We (1) tested the drain on the shower pan and found no problem with it leaking, (2) ran a camera behind the master bath sheetrock to inspect and found no water leaking or present, and (3) identified a water penetration at the tile bench seat in the shower which had a cracked/compromised grout joint and subsequently informed all parties of the suspected source of water intrusion. Price Brothers then informed the builder and homeowner of the diagnosis and the agreed plan was for the homeowner to have the tile grout touched up to provide a proper water barrier, and then to contact Price Brothers after the grout repair so that Price Brothers could make another trip out to verify again that there was no problem with the shower pan drain. Instead of following the agreed course of resolution the homeowner called another plumber.
